(we were supposed to go on a training trip to the forest and survive for 1 week after which we would come back to see the guild compromised.)
(So, there is fighting pretty much everywhere, Eira got injured and is being interrogated in the training hall)
(Well, the guild was compromised alright…)
(Sorry. I still think we should be overrun though just to make things more interesting)
(we were supposed to go on a training trip to the forest and survive for 1 week after which we would come back to see the guild compromised.)
( I honestly feel really bad now haha)
(Well, it's definitely more interesting, and we're already this far. Got my poor boy running around, trying to do more than he can handle.)
(we could do this as a minor setback)
(Yeah, maybe it's not a huge attack, but is kind of a prelude to a much bigger attack later?)
( I can't really do much without @Firebrand since we are in the forest together. So, I'm just reading and kkeping up with everything else)
Luna was exhausted as she finished off the last of the invaders. Her hands were bloodied and her quiver empty. At least it was over for now.
“Liar, you know..” He kicked her again.
“I swear I don’t know!” Eira cried. Where were the others?
Luna let out a long sigh before she walked over to where the other intruders had been. If they wanted information, well Luna wasn't the person for that. She spotted Eira and pulled back her bow. She shot the man through the head and rushed over to help Eira.
“Luna…” She breathed, she coughed and blood splatted on the floor.
After a workout, ,Zoe uncovered the files and started making her way towards Luna, killing assassin on her way.
( Luna walks out to find dead bodies and Zoe casually leaning against a tree, cleaning her dagger.)
Cyrus didn't see any more attackers incoming at this point. Those who weren't killed at the entrance had already made it in, and he was suddenly worried. The few guards he had helped post at the infirmary were incapacitated, and the infirmary had been infiltrated. He swore under his breath. He should have been there.
Cyrus went inside, and to his surprise, not many had died. One of the healers explained what had happened: someone had taken Eira, who was injured, and run.
"Where? Where did they go?" he demanded, "I have to help her."
She pointed him in a general direction, but didn't seem to know exactly where she was taken. He ran that way, and realized the training hall door was open. Luna was next to Eira, and next to them was the corpse of a man he did not recognize who had an arrow through his head.
(Lol yeah.)
Luna crouched down and helped Eira stand on to feet so they could get her to the infirmary. She was a long range fighter so she wasn't wounded all that much. She whispered, "I got you."
"Eira!" Cyrus shouted. He was trembling. He came on her other side to support her. "Eira… what did they want from you?"
Zoe silently stood in the entrance way of the infirmary as she saw Luna carrying Eira. Zoe made no move to help as she casually cleaned her dagger, ignoring the dead bodies around her.
“The…the plans for… for the next… next missions.” Eira cough up for blood and nearly fell over.
Luna looked to Zoe. She smiled with relief that Zoe was fine. Luna knew she would be, that didn't mean she couldn't worry a little. After all Zoe was her only friend in this place. The cuts that scattered her arms and legs and the small one on her cheek started to sting now that the adrenaline started to ware off.
Zoe sighed as she plopped herself between Luna and Eira and helped them to the infirmary.
Luna looked to Zoe wondering if she knew what Eira meant.
Cyrus stooped down a little and put his arm under Eira's so he could better support her from his side. "Okay, okay… It's fine…" he said, more to himself than to her. He made sure there was an empty bed in the infirmary and led her over, then waved for a healer. His heart was racing.
Zoe gave Luna the I'll talk to you later look as she set the girls down on a bed and had the healers and nurses rush over to take care of them.
