Krista had her pack hanging from her back. She was unable to feel the anger that they had. Panther had given her a second chance, when everyone else was calling for her head. But then again, if my suspicions are right…
Krista sighed. If she was right, Panther sent her along to make sure they got killed. He knew she preferred solo missions; Panther must have assumed she didn’t like company. Technically not wrong. She thought. But these guys…
Sparrow put her head in her hands “for the first time in so long, I’m scared for my life.” She muttered to herself. She looked at the others “I’m going outside.” She stood up and grabbed her bow and quiver
Cyrus followed Sparrow. "Hey, do you need to talk? Or do you need a hug?" he asked her, "I know things are really tough right now. You are incredibly brave though, for being able to get through everything up to this with little fear. I constantly am afraid that I'm going to die, and yet when I am lucky enough to be on mission with you, you remind me it doesn't have to be that way. So this time, I'm here to remind you that we don't have to die here. From here on out, we are going to be calling the shots, not Panther, and we are going to win."
“My parents died when I was eight and panther took me in. He taught us to gather remember? That one Tim when me and Rita refused to train because he would let you train? I don’t want to go back there but I’m am terrified for my life. I don’t want to die.” She said playing with her fingers
"Me neither. I guess if we can't figure out anything, we could always flee. As tempting as justice is, sometimes we need to pick our battles," Cyrus suggested.
“But how do you fight a battle when you don’t know what side your on?” She asked looking defeated
"What sides are there besides the man who tried to kill us and then just us?" Cyrus asked, "I think the answer is obvious. I don't have anything against the rest of our guild besides Panther's cronies like Mickey and a few others, if that's your concern. In fact, I'm inclined to believe a lot of people in the guild are still on our side. I have a feeling someone like that sent the strange note. In fact, I would still like to examine it more closely to see what kind of hidden message might be there."
Zhavia wasn't as surprised as the others. The guild she used to be at tried to kill her all the time so this wasn't new for her. "This is the norm for me, so I can't understand your feelings, plus I barely know the guy." And you guys weren't forced to kill your parents. She wondered if now would be a good time to tell them what her old guild was? They were well known so they would probably know which one she's talking about.
(So you know the sort of SOS note that the cubs sent? Was is actually received by Panther, or should it be that another guild member on their side intercepted it and there is some sort of hidden message?)
(A hidden message would be good. Maybe their transmission gets overtaken and a group of people loyal to the cubs warn them?)
I guess your right. Why are you always right Cy? “ she asked looking at him
Cyrus shrugged. "I've always been pretty intuitive. I have to make up for my lack of skill in every other possible area somehow." He then glanced over to Zhavia. "What type of hell guild did you come from? Sounds like a different level of hard-core."
(Wait is sag is outside?)
“Sparrow turned to the trees and started shooting arrows
"Oh, it was." She sighed. "Actually it's one of the more well known guilds, but." She looked to the ground and folded her hands. "Most people have no idea what happens in that place." She was still a bit reluctant to tell them. What would they think of her when she did. ScarléT Veil was ruthless and evil place, sure their drugs were too notch, but how do people think they make them or test them. Zhavia had been a rest subject, but lucky for her klnone of them worked, but when they didn't work her got beat and not normal beat. Punching and kicking wouldn't give her the scars on her back. "Have you heard of ScarléT Veil?"
Cyrus laid down in the grass right next to the entrance to the hideout so that he could watch Sparrow and keep her company, but also keep up with the other cubs's conversation in the hideout below. He looked down at Zhavia for a moment to pay more attention to what she was saying. He perked up at the sound of the guild's name.
"Yeah, that's where they get the good stuff, isn't it? You know… the really high-quality, potent drugs? Lots of dealers water it down because it's so good and so expensive," Cyrus replied, "I've had a run-in or two with people who got high off of it or were distributors."
"Yeah, that's where I came from." Zhavia decided it would be easier to talk if she was up there with them. She climbed the ladder and sat next to Cyrus. "They are definitely not nice." Her back was facing him when she lifted her shirt. There were stab wounds and wounds from a whip and you can see some of the spots where they injected some drugs. "This happened every night. And chip just showed me it was worse then I thought."
(I've gotta go. Good night, guys!)
Cyrus laughed. "And to think I had seriously considered buying their drugs to unwind. I'm not buying anything from a dealer who not only laces the drugs with impurities, but also horribly mistreats their employees. Do you think any knowledge from there could help us anyway?"
"Of course! They sell drugs to everyone so they have many files and maybe we can get some of the recipes for the drugs." Zhavia knew they had a lot to offer if yo got on their good side, but if they did go there to get stuff she wasn't sure if she would be able to keep calm and level headed.
(Bye Bec!)
“Hey Zhavia wanna spar?” Sparrow asked, her eye twinkling
"Do you think they have files on our guild?" Cyrus asked, "Because otherwise, it doesn't seem like a good idea to go back."
"Yes they do," Zhavia stood and walked over to Sparrow. "I may be a bit rusted, I haven't spared in a while."
Zoe pryed away from all the small talk as she quickly got her things and went outside out of the hatch.
Zoe pryed away from all the small talk as she quickly got her things and went outside out of the hatch.
She moved away from the trees and came over “well I guess both of us can help each other.” She laughed
"What? Why what do you need?" Zoe asked in confusion.
