okay, so I don't have a specific plan or anything for this, but preferably a small group! I would also prefer fantasy or sci-fi, but anything works.
it also may take me a little to get back due to school and such things.
so, if you happen to have a prompt or something, all ideas are welcome, as I don't have any right now.

Basically
It's an abandoned city with an enormous sheet of ice, hundreds of feet thick, suspended in the sky over it (don't ask, this idea came from a dream)

I´m cool with it, and I like the idea of a rag.tag team although we do need a general purpose of what we're doing there

Oh, that's the thing I forgot to tell you guys. The main plot of the setting is that chunks of the ice sheet are beginning to fall, and unless action is taken, the sheet will eventually crush the city.
okay, so I was thinking… there could be a prophecy about the ice starting to fall and a group of people saving the city(those people being our characters) and we could just go forth with that and see where it lands us?
also, what's the technological advancement of the setting?
Futuristic, but few people have it, and the city itself is very old, with some new bits. There aren't very many people left, since most of them abandoned it when the ice sheet appeared.

Has a pair of white headphones she usually wears around her neck when not using them. Fan of tough jackets, tees with meaningless, splattered, incomprehensible logos, jeans, and black leather belts. Doesn't paint her nails. Wears the occasional bracelet or necklace, but nothing metal, just leather cuffs.

Clothing: Light steel armor covered by dark robes with red accentuation on it's edges. The robes come with a hood that covers the helmet. His hands are covered by a pair of four fingered claws. He has a pair of red pants full of pockets. A red holster around his waist hold a pair of twin revolvers he uses to strike at long ranges. A collar is found around his neck with objects from his dead friends
Backstory (optional): Since he participated in a slave rebellion he has made it his life mission to prevent what happened to him happen to some one else. Forming The Pact of Twice, he has been forced to see the people he loves die at the hands of slavers and other criminals. Having nightmares about the deaths of his friends and loved ones he decides to sleep only when he absolutely needs to, preferring to plan ahead and rescue as much people as he can.
Other: Introverted and blunt, normally calm and composed but can grow uncontrollably mad with certain triggers (Slavery, Child beating, failing his objectives). He cares more about protecting people he deems innocent or "uncorrupted" than he cares about himself. He appears to be highly comfortable around children and is able to easily comfort them.

She has hazel eyes and light freckles covering her cheeks and shoulders. She has a scar just below her collar bone from a small scuffle. Sky is usually covered in small scratches and bruises.

Clothing: She normally wears a lot of black clothing and heavy-duty boots. You would most likely see her in a black coat and gloves. When she is without her gloves, her fingers are covered in silver rings.
Other: Sky is quite a prankster and has a playful personality. She cannot stand silence and always has a snarky remark to reply with. Sky is rather good at scaling buildings and hiding due to her antics and running from the authorities. Sometimes, she gets quite lonely by herself, but will never admit it. Sky is ambitious and has an outgoing temperament. She has a lot of street smarts and knows how to be sneaky. At times, she can be quite flirty. She always has a story to tell of her adventures on the streets.
