Enyln rolled her eyes with a shrug. "Fine. Whatever. Be mad if you want still, that's your problem."
Enyln rolled her eyes with a shrug. "Fine. Whatever. Be mad if you want still, that's your problem."
"I should be after you insulted my dead mother to my face and basically told me my father didn't love her!" He yelled, glaring up at her.
"Well Pardon me!" Enyln returned his glare. "I didn't mean for you to rake it the wrong way! And I never said he didn't love her."
“Yeah well you certainly implied that. But it doesn’t matter. Have fun putting up your wall.” He stood up and shoved past her out the door and back towards his room.
Enyln rolled her eyes again and started off to explore the castle me. The whole time thinking of how she'd messed things up even more.
Sawyer went upstairs and found people in his room, a stool for fitting, and a set of clothes laid out for him. "Is it already eight?" He muttered to himself, examining the clothes. It was a red sort of tunic with black pants. The sort of thing he usually wore.
Enyln roomed around the castle till she made her way out side to a garden. Finding a bench she sat and let her mind wonder.
Sawyer glanced out the window on his way to change and stopped, looking down at Enyln. Doesn't she know we're supposed to be getting fitted?
Enyln silently hummed a song to herself. Not yet realizing the time.
What the hell is she doing down there? He thought, thinking about going down and telling her but deciding against it.
After a few more moments of being lost in thought Enyln remembered the fitting. She quickly got up and rushed inside and up the stairs.
Yup there she goes. Sawyer sighed, changing quickly into the clothes and walking over to stand on the stool as they fitted him.
Enyln ran into her room a bit breathless and apologised. "I'm so sorry I lost track of time and-" she stopped herself realizing she sounded like a little kid.
One of the servants in her room stepped forward, holding a green silky dress with a wide skirt and pale silver lace around the neckline. "Your mother said it would bring out your eyes. If you would try it on?" She said, handing it to Enyln.
"Yeah right, my eyes." Enyln took the dress and as fast as she could put it on. She fingered the neckline with a sigh. maybe if mother hadn't picked it…
"We can alter anything you don't like about it." The women said, making measurements here and their, a full length mirror facing Enyln.
"No its fine." Enyln stopped messing with the neckline and took in her appearance. if only the color could be changed. "its very lovely, thank you."
"No troubles, you look very beautiful." She said kindly.
Sawyer stepped out of his room, dressed for the upcoming ceremony. He went downstairs and sat near the stairs in one of the arm chairs, reading a book.
Enyln nodded her head in thanks one last time before turning and leaving her room. I wonder what a ceremony is like.
Sawyer heard Enyln coming down the stairs but didn't look up.
"I see you already got fitted." Enyln looked down at Sawyer with a glare.
“Yeah so?” He glanced up at her and raised his eyebrows a little.
"Yeah so nothing." Enyln rolled her eyes again and made her way down the rest of the stairs.
“Fine.” He looked back down at his book. Why did she even talk to me in the first place? He wondered irritatedly.
I wanna stalk this because it seems like a better version of Sofia the First.//
