Ellis felt cold cement underneath him. His eyes flew open. This was not math class. He sat up and glanced around the room, noticing there were others with him. There were no doors, no windows, nothing. He crawled over to one of the others and shook them.
(Is that good? It can be anyone…)

Mara felt herself being shaken. She rolled over and opened her eyes to see a boy leaning over her, a desperate look in his eyes. “Wha…” Mara’s voice trailed off as she took in the room she was in. Cold. Impersonal. No texture, no windows, no door. What is this? she thought.

"Hey! Do you know where we are?" It was a stupid question, but he still asked it.

“Um,” Mara sat up. “No.”

Zora groggily woke up and sees people everywhere and the two people awake, she rubbed her eyes and walked over to them,"Would anyone kindly explain why we're all kidnapped?"She looked around the room and took in the surroundings around her. Cold. Impersonal. No windows, no door. No escape.

“I have no idea.” Mara was still sitting down, and she saw no good reason to stand up. There were no chairs.

Ellis was dizzy. "Whoa is anyone else dizzy?"

"Don't think anyone does, either."She held out her hand for a handshake"I'm Zora, nice to meet you."

“Ditto,” Mara said, shaking Zora’s hand. “And yes, I think we’re all a bit groggy.”

"So, should we wait for everyone to wake up or should we wake them up?"

"I think we should wake them up." Ellis said.

" 'K, I'll get one half you get the other half," Zora said while walking over to some people and shaking them.

Allegria groaned and sat up, “What?”

Ellis gently kicked someone.

Mara poked people awake, making her way around her half of the room quickly.
