“No fear, I… relatively do.” Aaliyah said, “Let’s gooo.”
“No fear, I… relatively do.” Aaliyah said, “Let’s gooo.”
"Okay…" Lucas grabbed onto Aaliyah's arm so he wouldn't get lost, jumping at every little noise. He seemed to be a bit skittish after the whole experience.
“Are you feeling better?” Aaliyah asked, looking around and walking.
"Meh… a little…" There was a thump from the bushes and Lucas jumped again.
“That’s good.” Aaliyah nodded, she warily looked at the bushes and continued walking.
"Do… d-do you think they'll ever let him go?"
“Probably. I don’t think they’re smart enough to sentence someone for a lifetime just for climbing in a window twice.”
"I hope you're right…" Lucas sighed, glancing at the bushes anxiously and picking up his pace a bit.
“And there’s the orphanage.” Aaliyah sighed in relief, she didn’t get them lost.
Lucas looked up at the orphanage. He really didn't want to go back, but he had no choice. I really hate this place… He thought, hesitating before walking to the door.
(Brb)
(Alrighty.)
“Want me to open the door..?”
"….Sure." Lucas stepped out of her way, still fighting the urge to simply run back into the forest.
Aaliyah opened the door, “C’mon.”
"Do we really have to go back?" Lucas whined. "I hate this place…"
“So do I, but yes. At least they provide us a roof and food.”
Oh, yeah. Food. Food that I won't be eating, but food nonetheless I suppose. Roof at least is true for me. Lucas sighed, walking up to their room.
Aaliyah sighed, entering the room made her feel sad again.
"And I already hate it again." Lucas groaned, flopping down on his bed hopelessly.
Aaliyah sighed again, “Well, what now?”
"I don't know… everything's hopeless…"
“I mean that’s true.”
Lucas groaned into his pillow. "What're we gonna do without Thatcher?"
(Should probs sleep now. Byeeee)
(bye bye)
"That was my question…" Aaliyah said, sitting on her bed.
(Thatcher- Remember Simb-Lucas, remembers!)
