He glared at Victoria. "And this is what happens when you touch things you shouldn't!"
Milo stepped back. "I think now is the time we haul ass back to the camp and never look back."
"Olivia said the entrance is blocked," he responded.
“That's not my fault! This stuff only happens in fictional worlds, I wasn't exactly looking out for something that would trap us here!" Victoria replied, backing away from the wall in a slight panic.
"Alright look, it will be okay. We just need to stay calm. Maybe there's another way out."
Milo wanted to punch the wall in frustration. Instead, he started walking deeper into the cave without saying anything, a scowl on his face.
Liam sighed at Milo's actions. "That doesn't mean we split up either," he called out.
Milo answered without turning around, talking over his shoulder instead. "I'm going to see if there's an exit on the other side. It's our best shot in a cave, I doubt there are any trapdoors leading outside."
He sighed. "Good luck!"
"You're not going to come with?" He asked, raising a brow.
Liam came over at what seemed to him to be an invite. "I didn't think you'd ask," he grinned, showing he meant to mess with him. Now wasn't the best timing, but eh.
Victoria sighed and went back to feeling the walls. Maybe there was something that reversed it? She thought.

(#CracksInTheFourthWall lmao)
Despite himself, Milo chuckled a bit, then turned to the others. "You guys should come with, we might be able to find an exit on the other side if we get lucky."
Victoria followed, but she still dragged her hand against the wall. It almost felt warm underneath her fingers.
"I'm pretty sure that there's another switch…" said Caleb, but he followed the others anyway.
