I did this exact Rp but I left notebook for a while so it never took off. I'm hoping that once people join i can start this :P

Fair warning, there is a limit of characters but there is an exception for those who want to join this from the previous version.

Our characters are from separate planets. They have come as part of their planets earth study course. They are roomed together along with an actual earth being. Each alien thinks that the rest are aliens and tries, to the best of their ability, to act human

Rules:

• Joining
  I can choose to let you join or not, this is my Rp, my idea so the decision is mine to make. This depends on whether I have role played with you before, if I like your attitude, and if I like the way you Rp. If I say no, please respect my decision and leave peacefully.
• Characters
  The limit I have on characters is 2, anymore than that means more confusion and annoyance for the rest of people. If you have a good reason as to why you want more than 2, you will be allowed. After I allow you into the Rp, I would like characters to be up before we begin. I understand that life is a thing so I will not be pushy about it unless I see you active on other Rps but not this one
• Shipping
  I am hella fine with shipping! As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am a-ok with non-straight relationships. Both people, or more if that is the case lol, need to be ok with this. If one person changes their mind about the ship, that is fine. This isn't a legally binding contract so "break ups" are ok
• Conversation
  Any OOC or Out Of Character conversations should take place in brackets. '()' these are the brackets. Do not 'quote' OOC chats, just respond by saying the persons name and, if applicable, page number.
• Language
  I have no issue with foul language although I would suggest not using a swear in every. Single. Sentence. If you fail to respect this rule, you will be given a warning and then asked to leave.

• Other Rules
  I will not tolerate bullying of any kind however, if anyone starts acting out and others are only responding to their statements the person who started it will be given a warning. If for whatever reason I am not avalaible, I will let someone know and they will be "in charge" of the plot until I return. If you have concerns about another Rper, you are welcome to publically or privately discuss your reasoning with me and we can decide what to do from there. Failure to follow these rules will result in expulsion from this Rp. If you argue with my decision, or refuse to leave, you will be reported. Any other questions or concerns, just ask!

Appearance: Emerson has short light brown hair. It is in soft curls (waves?) Similar to this, soft green eyes (mix of the two greens in the pic), and light beige skin. She has long fingers, is about 5'9", and is decently flexible from years of gymnastics
Clothing style: comfortable but fashionable. Along the lines of this, this, or this
Outfit: In summer she wears flowy short sleeved tops with a pair of light shorts, pants or a skirt, paired with heels or sneakers and sometimes a hat. In the winter she wears sweaters with jeans or leggings and high tops
Distinguishing features: Emerson has a nose piercing and ear piercings as well as a tattoo of a mountain on her shoulder, matching the one on her twin brother

Personality: Emerson has a great sense of humour but she wont take any racist or sexist joke lightly. A feminist since the day she was born, her mother claims she kicked her brother in the womb to be the first born. Emerson is a hard worker and strives to do the best she can to make her family proud.

Appearance: honestly I was looking for hair styles and I found a picture of I dude that looks exactly like wanted Jasper to look like lmao
Clothing style: in a word, Casual.
Outfit: in the summer he prefers jean's to shorts but will wear them if it's too hot. He pairs them with a short sleeved shirt and sneakers. In the winter her will wear jeans with sweaters or long sleeved shirts with a jacket. He pairs them with boots and sometimes a beanie
Distinguishing features: and eye brow piercing and a tatto of a mountain on his forearm. He also has a snowflake on his left calf and a crescent moon under it.

Personality: Jasper is similar to his sister in the way that he also has a good sense of humour. He likes to play jokes on his friends and sister and is extremely close with her. He enjoys going hiking and swimming, playing with Charlie and Blue, and climbing trees

True appearance: He's 5'0, light skin tinted pale green, neck-length blonde hair with pale cyan highlights, slender build, and light green eyes that glow in the dark. His back-length antenna has a cyan-colored bob on the end which he can use as a light, and his tail has plug-like prongs at the end.
Any pets/family back home: A grey, speckled aelurus (silent 's', basically a space cat)
If so, how many: One for now; Marcus wants to get him a friend.

Appearance: The same as his true form but without his tail, antenna, and off-colored skin.
Clothing style: He greatly enjoys oversized, pastel, and soft clothing, but it's difficult for him to wear cottony things because of static electricity. He also really likes things with animals on it.
Outfit: A lavender sweater, white undershirt, skinny jeans, and white and pale blue sneakers. Sometimes wears a cyan scarf.
Distinguishing features: Small scars from his left shoulder to his elbow.
Personality: He's quiet and a bit reserved as a new student - on a new planet - but is patient, open-minded, and pretty excited to be there. He's the type to always try to talk through conflict, as his species is naturally non-confrontational, and he has been taught to defend himself only if physically harmed. He can be a bit of a stickler for rules and was often the one keeping his friends from getting themselves hurt or in trouble back home. Even on Earth, he finds himself putting others before himself.
Likes/dislikes: Rain, music, Earth animals, head pats/Lightning, bright lights, rule-breakers, heights
Habits: Squeaks and/or trills when he's nervous or excited, he scratches his ears and the back of his head when nervous, sometimes makes sleeve paws or otherwise hides his hands
Family/friends: His adoptive parents, his birth parents, and his three best friends.
Fears: Lightning and heights, not having access to electricity
Backstory: He was given up as a sparkling (baby), as his parents had no choice due to their living situation. A few years after he was adopted by the noble family of his planet's capital, he showed intrigue in space and the technology of other planets. When his friends started telling him about space explorers, he realized that was what he wanted to do and has been studying for a position since he could read. To his thrill, his training eventually paid off, and his school's top professor decided he'd be sent to Earth. He was sent with a guardian/guide who lives a few miles from the campus.
Major: Environmental Science (I have fairly limited knowledge, though, so forgive me if I get things wrong .-.)
Year: 1st year
Job: He works at a local animal shelter.

"You know what I've wanted and you know why I do what I do.", Lucien stated,"So, why is it that you keep asking me the same questions over and over again?" He uncrossed his legs before standing up out of the chair; the screech coming from the bottom of the iron broke the silence for a second. Those ice bleak eyes stared down into the investigator's as the man stood still.

A small tingle feeling crawled up Harper's neck making the sides of her arm twitch momentarily. She couldn't face looking back at Lucien with the pure purpose that reflects against his stare. How it made her froze with not having a clear direction to pull herself out of this. Harper moved her seat back as she managed to get a glimpse back at the suspect who's somehow still waiting for an answer.

What Harper finds interesting is how the silence in the room is not affecting him at all. Lucien has his hand lying flat over the dark yellow file; he's not dragging it over to him or her, it's still. The lack of emotion in his face is what makes the eyes stand out to her. His posture is perfect yet rigid, she isn't sure if he is going to lunge at her or if this is all a waiting game to gain power. Lucien doesn't have anything on him to attack her with, so what the point be to kill her right then and there? Harper also noticed that his suit jacket is still buttoned; the past times he always opened it or placed the jacket behind the chair.

She bit the corners inside her lip trying to hide any possible sign or sudden smirk. "It's simple Mister Wildgrube, to see if you have anything new up your sleeve.", Harper remarked," You know, any change of interesting habits or people that could possibly be missing. Anything."

Lucien broke the gaze he kept with her, a grin appeared as he shook his head. How does he manage to overstep this time? Bringing his chair back, he sat down pushing the file closer to her. "Come Harper my sweetheart, if you're smart enough to work on case with twenty people dead or missing, I think you would know by now."

Planet of Origin: Krephrieth
True appearance: Eros's true form is actually very similar to his human appearance with some differences. His skin color is a light gray and there's sapphire blue scales on the side of his cheeks and arms. The scales light up when he's sad, lonely, in love, happy, or angry; his eyes do the same. Speaking of which, his eyes are also sapphire blue too. His ears are the same as the ones Vulcans have. He has silver colored hair.
Any pets/family back home: He has these purple krengrats (axolotls) that do not need water and thrive in extremely cold temperatures. There's also a light blue bala (bear) that he has too; it's very friendly.
If so, how many: Three krengrats and one bala

Appearance: Eros stands at 5'10 (177.8 cm) and weighs 130 lbs (59.1 kg); it's repetitively the same in his true form. His human hair is jet black while his human eyes are nut brown. Most of the time, his hair falls in front of his forehead; it's somewhat neat but usually ends up being messy.
Clothing style: His style is pretty simple/comfy yet he tries to keep up with whatever humans find fashionable and on trend. He'll wear dresses too, in fact, he bleeping loves them.
Outfit: It depends on the weather, but usually it's a white sweater, black jeans, loafers, and a moonstone ring. Or it's a tight white t-shirt, light blue jeans, sandals, and the same ring.
Distinguishing features: He has small ear piercings and a scar on the right side of his abdomen.

Personality: Eros is highly vibrant, you'd think he drank two hundred gallons of rainbows and sunshine. Do not worry, our friend is more than just energetic. He's very benevolent always ready to help or listen to someone. His listening and memory skills are quite something. You could say that he is a physical person since he has no clue what a phone is and absolutely loves hugs. Even though he's very curious always asking questions, Eros knows a lot. He does not like fighting at all, it makes him very upset. Speaking of which, he tries to push down certain feelings cause he doesn't like being a burden to others.
Likes: Hot chocolate, swimming, books, shows/movies, and dancing
Dislikes: Snakes, heat, loud sounds, and blueberries
Habits: If he learns anything that he finds interesting or needs to remember something, he'll get a pen and then write it down on his arm/wrist. Eros tends to bit the inside of his lip whenever he's confused or deep in thought. If he's worried about something, he'll put his left pointer finger on his bottom lip. Depending on what emotion he's feeling, he'll cover his eyes for ten seconds.
Family/friends: General Ahrae Odaix (father), Dhovea (mother), Ghuahmo (older brother), Dase (2nd older brother), Zauvuls (older sister), Zisaell (2nd older sister), Khok (younger brother), Azil (younger sister), and then there's Ikeods (his old friend)
Fears: Being alone, failing, heights, snakes, and not being able to see his family again
Backstory: Eros was born in Krephrieth's capital during a festival. His family comes from a long line of generals, counselors, and scholars. He was put into the training that most children on the planet go through when they are seven to twelve. Eros went through more than a half of it pretty smoothly until the last test. The last test was that the student had to battle an older family member; since Dase is on the royal court's medical team, Eros had to fight his soldier brother, Ghuahmo. To put it simply, the experience wasn't lovely at all, thankfully he passed. Aside from that, life was nice. He had the opportunity to learn on Earth to help him gain enough knowledge and skill to work on the royal court's psych team.

Major: Psychology with a minor in counseling

Job: Cashier at second hand bookstore and part-time lifeguard

The sun was shining and Jasper hated it. He opened his umbrella and covered his body with it as he grumbled about it being a beautiful day. He had better things to do but he was helping his sister. You see, he had been going to this college for the past 2 years, this would be his third year here. His sister however, was at an out of country college for 2 years but came back to finish parts of her degree. She was moving into the on campus student housing and wanted help setting up before her roomies got there.

"JJ, stop acting stupid or else Charlie will try to eat your umbrella, you know this." Emerson giggled. She loved her twin, but he was an idiot at times. As Jasper struggled to keep an interested Charlie away from his umbrella, Emerson turned to her room to finish organizing. Perks of being the first one here meant that she got first pick of the rooms. And while she didn't take the biggest one, she took the one with the best view. Her window faced the forest, which was technically the backyard. There wasn't a fence but there was a wildlife warning. She loved animals but no matter how hard she tried, Jasper refused to let her go.into the forest to try and see them.
