"Oooh Becca can play that one person with actual common sense!" Lau suggested suddenly with a grin. "She'd be perfect."

Becca chewed on her pen silently. "Could we………..maybe do a little less doom and gloom? It's not really my favorite thing."

Becca sighed. "I guess I could." She was excited to be in this musical, of course, but she just REALLY didn't like doom and gloom. It reminded her of her parents' deaths. She didn't want to think about that.
