Before I get started, here's my magic system. Some beings may have more mana than others, but mana is the energy of a character using magic, and any magic character can only use their element, most spells must be learned in a class or from another magic person, and they are divided into tiers based on difficulty, element, and effect. Okay, so I'm making a fantasy world (VERY loosely based off of Fire Emblem) that has a country which contains religous mages (who think their diety is the one true god) and evil cultists who transform their bodies with crystals. (who also think their diety is the one true god) I know the plot seems a bit two-sided at the moment, but that's because I'm still working on it. Now, I'm trying to figure out a way to tie the mage's magic energy and the cultist's mutation crystals to their dieties. Any ideas are welcome.
