An eccentric inventor dies, leaving his fortune and mountain-side manor to his unwitting grandson. The inventor had a secret his grandson does not know of however. His two servants, a father and a daughter are nekos whom he has kept safe and protected from those who would wish to harm or use them. The grandson arrives on a rainy, summer's night….
(Please do a O/O with me!)
(Yaaay! Thanks! May I be the maid?)
(Oh… um. I guess you can?)
(Unless… you wanted to be the maid. Which is fine.)
(No, if you feel more comfortable with the maid, we can do your way. …But I get to be the father.)
(I just had a really good character for the maid. You can absolutely be the father! It is your RP, though.)
(I'll be the father and the new "master". You can be the maid.)
(You can set up a profile for the maid. Don't know when I'll get back though. The end of the school day's coming up.)
(Okay, I’ll do that once I get home.)
The inheritant.
Atlas John Lordson
Tall with gangly limbs, big feet and hands with broad shoulders. Thick shaggy strawberry blond hair with large green eyes with long lashes. Ears stick out a bit and has freckles spattered across his face. Strong jawline and wears thick black-rimmed glasses.
A gentle giant that loves to garden and read. Very clumsy.
The Necko
Juliet Rosa (Last Name I’m not sure if you want me to have a specific one)
Shy strawberry blonde hair that is curled up into tornado curls naturally. It shadows her bright blue eyes with speckles of green. She’s rather short and plump in the hips and legs, but she loves herself nevertheless. She has a soft, kind personality, would never hurt a fly. She’s very shy around new people, and likes to hide behind her father if she’s feeling particularly afraid or shy.
(wonderful character! Doesn't matter about the last name. But a question. Are her ears and tail the same color as her hair or differently colored? Short or long tail? short and round ears or longer and pointed? Are they extremely furry, minimal fur, or in between?)
O she has rather short cat ears (but they are rounded) with a medium tail. Her ears are the same color as her hair, as well as her tail. And her tial. And ears are the floofiest
(Thank you! ^-^ I'm not gonna bother with the father's discription, he's not gonna show up much, but he is strongly built with light brown hair and ears and tail. Ears are similar to Juliet's but his tail is longer. Eyes are blue without the green mottles of his daughter. His name is Cosmo.)
(Yep!)
Atlas was driving up the twisting road to the mansion that his grandfather had left him in his will. It was kinda hard trying to go up this confusing mountain road in the dark. Especially in the rain. Finally he pulled up a huge driveway. The mansion was old looking and gorgeous. If it weren't raining, he would have stopped to admire it. 'Hope someone's home.' He thought as he ran from his car to the mansion door and pounded on it.
(I’ma just call my character Rosa)
Rosa was polishing the doorhandle to the front door. She hummed happily, the tip of her tail flicking across the floor in her contentness. She jumped a few feet when the door was pounded on. They hadn’t been expecting anyone, right?
She nervously grabbed the doorhandle in the rag, so she didn’t smudge it, and opened the door slowly, her ears scooping into themselves in a cup shape.
Atlas shivered, already soaked, and watched as the door opened, revealing a cute, short girl. His eyes widened when he saw her ears but, being brought up to be polite, said between his chattering teeth, "H-hi. My n-name's A-Atlas Lords-s-son. I-Is there someone in charge I c-could talk t-to?" He didn't ask to come in, not sure how welcome he was, even though he was the inheritant.
Rosa opened the door, her ears curling up more. “Yes, but my father and I are the only ones here.” Her voice was a shaky squeak. She didn’t like strangers much. Her tail curled up near the tip.
Atlas heard her nervous voice and said, "I'm sorry for showing up out of the blue like this, but my grandfather didn't leave any contact information except an address, and I wasn't sure if any of my letters had gotten through because no-one responded." He shivered violently.
Rosa shut the door and hurried away, coming back with a blanket to wrap around him. “We saw your letters, master.” She scurried a few feet off and bowed deeply, her tail flicking.
“Welcome home.”
Atlas accepted the blanket but put his hands up. "There's no need to bow. And you can just call me Atlas, ok? What's your name?"
