“Oh. Is that like you solve crimes and stuff?” Alex turned his head with surprise. “I’m a computer science major.”
"I suppose, that or i become a crime boss." He says jokingly "I mean, they taught us 53 ways to kill someone with a toothbrush."
Alex’s face lit up with excitement. “That’s so cool! I can’t believe there are that many ways…”
"Yeah, tiring but cool." he says, then changes the subject. "So, what brings you to this horrendous party?"
“I’m not really sure. I had no classes today and I figured if I don’t get out I probably would never.” Alex paused for a minute. “I don’t really know anyone here…”
"Me neither, my dog sat on someone." he says, probably not making sense. But really, when is he ever?
“Who did he sit on? Not that I’ll know who they are.” Alex laughed nervously. Why are there so many good looking people here!?

"I have no clue, he might of introduced himself but i really wasn't paying attention." He explains absentmindedly, waving his hand. Why are people here so cute?!
Alita put her head on his shoulder, smiled and said "that sounds like a great plan, except i think you should choose the movie, i have too many favorites." once again she giggled, not able to control them.
Ezra had an idea of what he wanted to watch but was worried it would make him seem childish or girly. He paused then nervously spit it out. "What about… Beauty and the Beast?"

Marcus watched his phone for another minute, trying to stall time, but it seemed that his friends knew him too well, because they asked if he was still just sitting on the couch. Without replying, he took a deep breath and looked around again. There were groups of people talking, a large group in the center of the room, and people near the walls, minding their own business, so he figured they wouldn't want to talk. Instead, he spotted the snack tables. Okay, yeah, maybe food will help.
(Might not be on much, handling some other stuff rn -_-')
Saturnus noticed a guy standing at the table.

“H-Hi!” He came over with a friendly smile. Sat was ready to run away any minute, wasnt really expecting an answer.

Marcus glanced up, almost dropping his plate of chips. "U-um..hi." He said. It was probably too quiet to be heard over the music, so he gave a small wave as well.
He’s talking??? Umm, ok..
“Sorry, I just dont really know anyone here..”
His smile turned awkward. Sat held his cup near his mouth. Drinking is the best way to avoid awkward conversations.
Marcus nodded. "Me neither. I-I..I didn't really want to come here, a-actually, but..my friends all had plans at the last second, a-and I had already promised to commit." He shrugged a bit and took a deep breath, looking at the table.

He looked at a blonde girl, that didnt really look like Sat in any way.
“She forces me to socialize, and that drives me crazy..”

Keri grinned and said "that sounds awesome, it's been so long since i've seen it! but first…flute." she sat up straight and waited for Ezra to start playing.
"Oh yeah!" Ezra pulled out his flute and smiling began to play Beauty and the Beast. It flowed smoothly and was soft and beautiful. His heart jumped into the music and he closed his eyes. Tale as old time… When it finished he put his flute down slowly. "How'd I do?"
Keri sat speechless for a few seconds then jumped up and on impulse hugged him and said "that was the best i've ever heard anyone play before, wow."

Marcus grinned a bit. "Y-yeah, I kinda get that. One of my friends, Danielle, is pretty much my sister, and she's always on my case about making friends and..j-just not being a scared little turtle." He ate a few of the chips, hoping to think of something better to say.
Ezra was surprised at first then wrapped his arms around her as well. "Thank you. No one's ever said that about my music before."
Keri said "i don't know why, that was beautiful." She slowly stepped back and didn't know what to do so she sat back down on the couch and looked at Ezra.
