Dare didn't eat. He jus stared at his sandwich. "Claire, I don't really want you to walk, but I want to make sure you're still okay with me carrying you still."

“That’s fine… as long as we don’t do it for too long….” Claire waved his sandwich around him. “And I do want you to eat. I have plenty, and you have to eat something before we go inside.” And before App comes back…

Dare nodded and bit into the bread, keeping an eye on the woods off to the side, watching for either App or Clovis.

App perked up from stalking a deer when she heard a whistle of five notes. 'What? That's not a bird…' She dropped back to four legs and flew through the woods, heading where she heard the sound. She skidded to a stop a couple yards away from Clovis, looking completely feral with her fangs and claws and on all four legs.

Clovis turns to face her, slowly blinking but looking un-phased. He gives her a small smile.
"Heyy, did I interrupt something?"
(lol, almost made him make some kinda animal joke but I didn't)(clovis, no animal jokes)

Dare nodded and bit into the bread, keeping an eye on the woods off to the side, watching for either App or Clovis.

(Loool let Clovis do what???)

Claire smiled. Seeing that Dare was finally eating made her happy as she just sat there in his carressing arms and feeding him his food, as well as eating her sandwich herself. "I'm glad you're eating. Even if it isn't our greatest concern right now…."

Dare just smiled at Claire, even as worry and guilt crossed his eyes. "Well, you probably were smart to make me eat. I probably should've eaten something yesterday."

"You always have a knack to make sure I eat plenty, but not yourself," She said quietly as he finished eating. But it's true that he didn't eat yesterday…

Clovis turns to face her, slowly blinking but looking un-phased. He gives her a small smile.
"Heyy, did I interrupt something?"

(just make her do somethin' and then maybe an animal joke, lol)

App shook herself like a dog and straightening, arms shortening and claws retracting. "Just hunting. I was about to get a deer when I heard you. What's going on? You feeling better?"

He runs a hand through his hair, lightly chuckling and looking away.
"I'm fine, I'm fine. We're heading off to the city soon and I'd thought I'd come find you." He looks back to her, "but, if you're going to eat a deer, by all means do. Though I'd suggest cooking it first."
(That's all you're getting out of him rn XD)(He prolly doesn't know her well enough to make an actually joke anyways)(he scare)(he might offend her)

App grinned, chuckling. "Yeah. That'd probably be a good idea. I may be part robot, but that doesn't mean I'm immune to illness." She loped up next to him. "Thanks for coming for me. I probably would've run off too far or something and got lost."

He takes her hand, squinting back up at the treetops.
"I figured." He starts back off towards the rest of the group.

App tilted her head a bit when Clovis took her hand, confused, but holds his hand and lets him lead the way.
