App's face flushed with embarrassment that she couldn't do such a simple thing as walking. "Y-yes please…" She replied quietly. "S-sorry…"
App's face flushed with embarrassment that she couldn't do such a simple thing as walking. "Y-yes please…" She replied quietly. "S-sorry…"
Clovis smiled kindly and opened the door for the girls.
"It's alright, Appolyon. We'll get some food and water in you and you'll feel better."
App nodded a bit miserably, and held onto Fiona as she started walking out the door. She mumbled, "Thank you." to Clovis for holding the door.
Fiona nodded to Clovis and helped App, ready to glare at anyone who gave them a weird look.
Clovis shuts the door behind them and leads the girls to the dinner hall. There, Darren and Molly stand in a corner discussing who-knows-what.
App looked around warily and suddenly stumbled on a loose floor board, nearly bringing both her and Fiona to the floor. "S-sory Fiona." Her stomach growled when the scent of food wafted over to her.
Molly turns and glares at the group. She gestures to the filled table.
"Don't make yourselves sick eating."
Fiona smiled at App, "It's ok, lets get you some food."
App nodded, sniffing the air. "Is there more bread?" She glanced over at Clovis worried, still unsure about whether or not she was welcome, the feeling intensified by Molly's cold tone.
Clovis takes her arm and leads her to a chair. He prepares her a plate with a very small portion of everything on it.
"Yep. Loads and loads of bread." he sets the plate in front of her and starts to prepare his own plate.
Molly continues to glare, walking over to the table. Once Darren leaves the room she starts to talk.
"Okay, so the Cons have no intention of sharing the food. The civilians are even starving."
Clovis rubs his forehead and sighs.
App listens as she eats hungrily. She couldn't remember anything at all. She spoke up shyly. "W-what happened anyway? I-I don't remember anything. I know that it wasn't always like this. Did something happen to the world?"
Molly gives App a disgusted look.
"Ugh, great. Hopefully she's not like you." she says, poking Clovis' shoulder as she walks by.
Clovis sighs, then looks back to App.
"Basically the apocalypse. The Cons are strong governments coming together and stealing the remaining food for themselves."
He pats Apps shoulder gently. "And don't worry about the forgetting thing. I get it."
Fiona smiled at App and turns to Clovis "Um..I'm going to go walk around.. I need to clear my head."
He nods, "go ahead."
"Thanks." Fiona nodded back to Clovis and walked out of the dining hall, wanting to see if there were any guards or anyone worth talking to.
App heard what had happened and stared down at her plate, pushing it away, feeling nauseous. The apocalypse? How could she have forgotten that, much less her entire past? She shook her head slowly, trying to grasp the words and thoughts swirling through her head.
(Sorry, I was on a trip for a few days D: )
Molly walks out behind Fiona. She's not trying to be sneaky, but it sure is a habit of hers to walk lightly and be quiet.
"Where are you off to, punk?"
(It's ok, I was hunting)
Fiona whipped around and glared at Molly "I wanted to go for a walk. Is that ok your highness?"
Molly raises her eyebrows.
"Only if you let me follow, peasant." a sly grin crosses her face.
(Oooh! Did you get anything?)
(Not yet…I'm going back up wednesday, hoping that I'll get something then)
Fiona rolled her eyes and bowed sarcastically to Molly "Your wish is my command.." she continued walking down the hall, not bothering to see if Molly was still following her.
App set her forehead on the table and shut her eyes, a feeling of deep depression washing over her. She ignored everything else.
(Just a heads up, I won't be on from the 21 to 25. I'll be back on on the 26th if I haven't committed suicide.)
(It's ok, I wont be on from the 21 to the 24)
(Kay! You guys have fuunnnn. :)
(Also, Whisper, are you okay?)
