(Okay. No worries)
"Maybe we should talk to her," Devon suggested, "The bigger the group the better," he said as he hugged Donevan tightly
Donevan frowned slightly. "I can't talk to her" he muttered. He hugged Devon back, leaning against him. He tended to be clingy when he was anxious, he found it calming to be held.
"I'll be right by your side," Devon prompted, as he gently pulled Donevan towards her
Donevan allowed Devon to pull him along, looking at the ground, and generally avoiding being noticed by the female.
careful to choose his words to protect Donevan, he approached her, "What's your name," he said in a cold tone
(so like @FallenSinAza … whats our characters .. relationship?)
(Should I just keep posting Rachel on her own or)
(well she just got asked who she is)
(devon and donevan are like sorta together? If you don't want that tho just say the word. And have Rachel interact with Devon, because he's asking her name)
(I mean, I was getting that vibe. Lol. Besides Dev…uh Donevan needs someone to help him in life)
(and thats what devon is there for lol)
(Great)
Rachel looked up when she heard someone talking, she saw Devon looking at her and stared him down. Her gaze drifted down to Donovan before back up at Devon.
"Why do you want to know?" She lifted her eyebrow as she asked him.
Donevan kept his eyes on the ground, basically hiding behind Devon. Not that he would admit to it if anyone asked, but he felt safer around Devon.
"I'm not sure if you know what this place is, little red, but you're safer in a group," he stood in front of her with his arms crossed and head tilted
"I know exactly what this place is, more then you think. Don't think your saving me, because your not. Groups don't help you, they get you killed."
She crossed her arms as she glared at him.
"Don't Call me Little Red Either.'
Donevan looked up slowly, glancing over the female. She was intimidating, which did not help his trust for her any.
"I'm not saving you, I'm helping myself. Pretty sure they just threw you in here so yes, groups help, the bigger the group the stronger you are," Devon reached back and squeezed Donevan's hand
"Even more of a reason for me not to want to be in your little group, your helping yourself. I don't need you to be strong. I'm strong on my own."
Donevan held Devon's hand and put his head on the other's shoulder. Letting the physical contact calm his anxiety.
Devon gently slipped his hand away and stood in front of her, he looked down on her and got in her face, "Strong how?" he said with a chuckle, "I don't care what you think you've been through and how strong you think you are, but as a woman in this place, you'll get eaten alive if you're alone." Devon was wearing a dirty grin as he looked at her body
She reared back and threw a punch right at his face, "eyes up here pervert." She glared at him, hating what he implied. Though she wouldn't admit it…he was probably right. Though how did she know he wasn't just going to use her? She couldn't trust anyone here.
He straightened himself after she hit him, "You have nothing to loose, red," He said rubbing his face, "Oh and by the way, I'm not interested in you, I'm already with someone," He spun around and walked back to Donevan, wrapping his arm around his shoulder
