I’m an “easy A student” according to my stepdad…

Apparently I’m a “Great student” who “shows effort” and is “determined”.

I am not any of those things

And I may or may not be depressed or have ADHD which is wonderful

My parents yelling at me about it just makes it 👌🏻

Same, tbh… I hate getting yelled at or told that I did something wrong. It makes me feel really bad and I cry for no reason.

Yeah. It’s not good for the mentality at all, actually. It makes you feel worse in yourself and less-determined to do better.

They don’t really yell, but just the disappointed look on their faces…

My parents yell. And cuss. And ask me, “What the hell is wrong?” And don’t let me answer.

And they look disappointed too
