I have no clue. Its highly treatable but also highly infectious. All the boys that have it have bandaids over their spots.

It started when a dude on the football team got a cut infected.

Knowing sports, and knowing high school boys in football, it’s more than likely Staph. Which is an infection that is bacterial. It’s due to equipment that is shared, not being fully cleaned. If someone with Staph touches you, you should be fine as long as your don’t touch your face or mouth. Just wash your hands as often as you can. If you do get it, Antibiotics can clear that right up! It’ll take about 3 days.
