An irritated look flashes across Jaqu's face. He covers it and nods at Darius. At Zion's words, he steps back, dipping his head to him, and sits down next to his charge and friend.
Zion looks up at Darius, once again taking in his appearance before looking away shyly. Why did he have to be so insecure? It was embarrassing and the fact that it was embarrassing made it worse. He sighs softly and looks back at Darius, "Don't worry about my friend, he's just protective and wants me as comfortable as possible."
Zion flashes a bright smile and then looks away again, fidgeting with the menu on the table. He looks up as Darius walks away and watches him in the kitchen, tilting his head ever so slightly. His eyes follow Darius at some moments while going over the menu at others. He only looked at it when darius wasn't paying attention, or when he thought so at least. He eventually decides what he wants and looks at Jaqu who is still going over the menu. "You don't need to stand up for me like that, Jaqu."
"He was disrespectful, forget the fact that you are famous, but someone shouldn't take things from someones hands period. and you aren't the type to stand up for yourself. You need someone to protect you."
Zion could feel the anger burning, "I do not!" He snaps at Jaqu and crosses his arms, pouting.
"You let him take your guitar, ZZ." Jaqu looks at him
Zion shakes his head and remains silent until Darius comes back, "I'll have just a small salad. I'm not to hungry."
Jaqu rolls his eyes and sets the menu down, "Steak, medium rare with a backed potato and green beans, please."
