I was fighting drawing Salmook because he looked too
off, y'know? when somethings wrong and you can't tell what but you know something's wrong

Turns out he looks a lot like izzzyzzz and I cannot unsee it - it's probably the cat eye thing I did but like he's quarter werewolf I wanted to do something with that

Yk when I was talking to the nav c.ai there was a response where he became a werewolf for some reason.
So I made the ai make a new response-

Oh yeah, being a Beastspeaker is like being a werewolf with extra steps

• talking to animals, mainly
• extra and/or thicker hair (Salmook canonically has stubble)
• longer/sharper canine teeth + fingernails
• a sort of rage-mode?

Biggest difference is that instead of it being a temporary transition, it's a constant- which is like, the main plot point
Also, fsr Nav has been a lot flirtier with me and I am side-eyeing you hard

OK SO - More old man Rhiv notes:

I did some calcs based on an excerpt and turns out he should be around seven feet tall-
It's the Everchill and everyone is short by default, so I'll round down to around six and a half maybe an inch or two off- still tall, but reasonably so

Also, yeah, roleplay Rhiv is turbo mean because I didn't have his story planned out yet but in actuality, he's more like a universal dad figure

I didn't have much of a frame of reference because I legit had nothing but "Salmook dad, overprotective and distant, but well-meaning" as his entire profile

And the excerpt in question states (Nav's POV):

"The man was built like a barn door, and his gaze was piercing. He was nearly half-again Naveil's height…"

Half-again is just a fancy term for 1.5 times. Nav's height is 4'8", and that times 1.5 is 7 feet-
