Kiibo gave Kokichi a sad glance as he noticed that he was awake. His eyes were filled with tears and fear, his worry becoming increasingly obvious as this continued. He didn't want to lose Kokichi to the poison, but he was worried that he would. He didn't say anything as he looked away, either. It was clear that he was upset due to everything.
Kokichi held his arm out, offering what looked like a cuddle, or a hug. Either one.
Kiibo was a bit confused when Kokichi held his arm out to him, but he eventually realized that he was likely trying to find a way to comfort him since he was still crying over everything. He ended up going over to Kokichi and gently hugging him, although, after a moment, he just stayed there, crying softly. It seemed like he didn't want to leave him there at the time, so he just let himself express how he felt as he stayed close to him, holding him as well after a moment.
Kokichi pulled Kiibo onto his bed, rubbing his back and sighing softly
Kiibo didn't mind when Kokichi pulled him onto his bed, although he was a bit surprised by it. Why did he want to comfort him at the time? Did he remember who he was at the time? If he didn't, why was he going so far just to provide him with comfort? He didn't understand, but he didn't say anything about it at the time. Instead, he just cried as he stayed close to Kokichi.
Kokichi had started remembering who Kiibo was. The crush he had and the way Kiibo was around him.
His face was slightly flushed as he remembered
Kiibo was completely unaware of everything at the time since Kokichi never said anything to him, and he wasn't looking at him, so he wouldn't have noticed that he remembered that he had a crush on him. He just stayed close to him, scared of losing him to the poison. He was determined to help, but, at the time, he was just really scared.
Kokichi tapped Kiibo's back softly, seeing Rantaro was the only one left in the room he thought that this would be a good time than any other
Kiibo wasn't entirely sure what Kokichi wanted at the time, but he knew that he at least wanted his attention. Maybe he did remember him, at least at the time. It would explain why he seemed to want his attention to begin with, and he wondered about what he wanted.
"Hm?" he hummed softly as he looked at the other. "What's up…?"
Kokichi moved his mask "before I forget.." he whispered, kissing Kiibo softly
" I couldn't do it in the game"
Kiibo blushed a lot when Kokichi suddenly kissed him, and he wasn't entirely sure how to respond to it. It definitely caught him off guard, and so did the following comment. He had feelings for him the entire time? That was certainly interesting, at least to him. He was silent now as he continued to blush, but he smiled a bit, so it was clear that he was happy.
Kokichi laughed softly, remembering his friends smile and laugh. He heard Rantaro laugh as well
"I owe Maki sooooo much money!"
Kiibo managed to laugh a little bit as well after a moment. It was all so sudden, the current situation, but it was peaceful, calm, and happy at the time. Kokichi and Rantaro's laughter was genuine and made him happy, so even if he was flustered, he couldn't help but laugh as well. One of his best friends and his crush were happy. If it wasn't for the fact that he was likely going to die soon, it would've been the perfect moment.
" I feel better when I'm with you keeboy,"
Kiibo smiled softly at the comment, although it made him blush a bit more as well. In general, he was glad that he could make Kokichi feel better, even if it was only for a little while. He was glad that he could distract someone close to him from all of the pain and suffering that they had to endure. It was really something that he was glad he could do.
"I-I'm glad…" he responded after a moment. "Really…I am…"
"I love you.." he whispered, holding the other closer
Kiibo blushed a little bit more at the statement, but he couldn't help but smile because of it as well. He could hear Rantaro laugh in the background, as if he had seen this coming for a long time, but he didn't mind it at all. It was kind of nice to know that Kokichi loved him, and he felt the same. He just didn't know what the feeling was until he heard Kokichi say it himself.
"I…I love you, too…" he whispered in response.
Kokichi coughed slightly, putting the mask back on " just stay by me.. okay?"
Kiibo nodded in response to the comment as he stayed by Kokichi's side. Since he had permission to do so at the time, he saw no reason to leave, especially because he wanted to be with the other. If he could provide comfort and happiness just by being there, then things would be alright, at least to some extent.
"I will," he assured him softly. "I'll stay by you."
Kokichi nodded and kissed the other's forehead. " Even if you must remind me sometimes, I will never truly forget you."
Kiibo blushed a bit when Kokichi kissed his forehead, and then he felt himself tear up a bit when Kokichi said that he would never truly forget him. The words were genuine, and they showed that he meant enough to him to be truly unforgettable, even when his memory was slowly fading away due to the poison. He looked away as he let the tears fall down his face, going silent as well, but he seemed to be happy, touched by the comment. It was a bittersweet happiness, given the situation, but it was happiness nonetheless.
Kokichi wiped away the tears "don't cry love ." He mumbled, giving a soft but weak smile
Kiibo looked at Kokichi again as he felt his boyfriend wipe his tears away. Even though he told him not to cry, he couldn't help it as he continued, but he managed to return the smile as well. He was happy with him, even if he knew that he was likely going to die soon. He loved him so much, but he didn't want to say anything until he calmed down a bit.
Kiibo sighed softly when Kokichi requested that he go to sleep, as he wasn't entirely sure if he wanted to at the time. There was a lot on his mind at the time, considering the entire situation with Kokichi, and sure, everything from waking up from the killing game to being worried about Kokichi wore him out, but he didn't think that he really needed to sleep at the time. As much as he didn't want to argue with Kokichi at the time, he felt the need to. He was scared that the other would die while he was sleeping.
"I'm alright…" he assured him. "I just want to make sure that you'll be alright…"
" the poison.. is leaving.. I can feel it. Just sleep.."
Kiibo sighed softly, but he ended up nodding in response to the statement. He couldn't tell if Kokichi was lying to him just to get him to sleep or if his statement was the truth, but he wasn't in the mood for an argument. He simply went silent and stayed close to the other, hoping to fall asleep soon.
Kokichi slowly ran his fingers through the others hair. Humming a soft song
Kiibo listened to Kokichi's soft humming as he focused on falling asleep. Nothing was on his mind aside from the humming after a little while, although it took a few minutes for his mind to calm enough for him to sleep. After fifteen or so minutes, he was asleep, finally at peace after everything that day.
Kokichi sighed softly, feeling his memory slip again.
