(Yeah, sort of like they ran away from home and found an abandoned building to live in. Let's say they already have their powers and have used them a bit.)

(Sure thing!)
(this is my second account by the way, you might see it around, anyway are yall ready to start?"
(I noticed that with the highschool RP you have w/ Nyx, lol; but yeah, I'm ready to start if Vimes is)
(I'm ready if everyone else is!)
(I’m ready! I’ll set the scene, but I’m busy with a few things so it may be a while. I’m a slow starter lol.)
(Okay, that's cool. I can't wait!)
It was an abandoned motel by the wayside, long forgotten and well off any map or treadable road. Delilah called it their lair, where they just let everyone else stay. Jazz called it home, although it was far from homely. Delilah had managed to fix the place up a bit, adding a furnace and digging a well out in the back. Trees surrounded the place. Eventually, runaways, rejects, and rascals all came to gather here.
Jazz was at school. Delilah had long since dropped out, but Jazzy mattered and they didn’t want to see her struggle too much through life like they had. They’d even managed to pay off the administration to turn a blind eye to the “living in the middle of nowhere” thing. Since then, Delilah had been planning villainous schemes left and right, but never letting them interfere with the school day. The others here, well, it was their business what education they had. But this wasn’t their business, it was Delilah’s. If Jazzy wanted to get the normal treatment, she was well entitled to it.
Delilah had also set up cell service here for the group. They didn’t think anyone needed to go without tech, and overall it was useful to be able to call the others as needed. Today, they had called over the group into the lobby of their building in order to plan something for when Jazzy got home. “A little treat. In a manner of speaking.” Delilah had explained.
Now that everyone was here, they explained their plans. “We’re going to take down a casino chain. I’ve heard by word of mouth that the owner is exploiting the ladies there. The usual scummy businessman shit.” they explained. It was midwinter but the motel was heated pretty well with the furnace system Delilah had set up. Thus, being their femme-in-a-masc-way and fab self today was no issue… until it came time to leave of course. Hence, having a nice and warm coat on the back of their chair.
(Nobody has to write as long of a post as this but to ensure we’re all on the same page, please reread all the way through this posting so you have all the relevant info.)
Edgar is fastidiously examining their nails, half listening to the plan. Just enough to get the gist of it.
Eventually, they sigh and sit forward, their peculiar eyes focusing on Delilah.
"Hey, one quick little question. I know these casino chains are bad and all, and our ultimate goal is something along the lines of taking over the world to try and change it for the better, but my immediate concern is revenge." they say, their smooth, sharp voice sliding through the room, filling every available space.
Alice rolls her eyes, but she could understand wanting revenge over anything. After all, people, in her eyes, were all scummy, shitty, evil creatures. She wasn't foolish enough to think that she wasn't the same, but she viewed herself as slightly less of all those things. But she keeps silent.
Edgar continues. "After all, I came here hoping to find people who could help me get my revenge. I never had plans to change the world."
Delilah scowled at Edgar. “Your teen angst won’t help you here. You all have been sitting here for months doing nothing while I’ve been going out on missions, and I’ve also been working double time to take care of you idiots.” they said. “If you want to stay here you do things my way. If you mutiny against me, you loose access to help and support to keep yourselves alive.” they added.
“Revenge may be sweet in the moment, but we need influence first. Power.” they said, turning the look on their face from a frown to a dangerous smile. “Then we can destroy everyone who hurt us. We can’t be fools.”
Edgar sighs, twisting a lock of their hair around their index finger.
"Sure, whatever you say, boss." they reply, leaning back and sighing.
Alice smirks and slowly forms two dice from little slivers of ice, starting to play around with them.
"I, personally, agree with Heart Attack. They understand, at least, that frost doesn't always kill immediately." she says.
(Sorry! Kinda took the weekend off since I had my girlfriend over and then just wasn't in the mood for much rp. I'm back!)
As Daya glanced at the group, they sighed softly. Yet another argument had occurred. Personally, they didn't mind what they did as long as they got to set fire to things, as making people's lives hell was simply something that they enjoyed. While they were almost a child in nature most of the time, seemingly innocent and easily excited, even when it applied to crime, that made them quite the villain. No one ever suspected them, and they had a true passion for making the world a better place through villainous means.
"Can you guys please stop arguing?" they asked after a moment. "It bothers me. Besides, I'm down for anything if I get to light things on fire!" Their eyes lit up at their own mention of fire. "Of course, this arson will be planned as to not ruin our main goal, but come on, setting things ablaze is so much fun!" they grinned, although they gave a look to the two with ice powers. "I'll be sure to have you avoid the area, no worries!"
It was strange how someone who was almost an adult had so much childish energy, but it was even stranger how they could go from childish and hyper to serious and quiet. As soon as they finished making their comments, they fell silent, and the light of excitement faded from their eyes. They seemed intent on listening to the others speak, wondering where the conversation could go.
(I don't know why giving Daya complete duality with their personality seemed like a good idea as I wrote that, but enjoy!)

Winter laid on her side as she watched, as long as I can do what I want.. she thought to herself. "Do you ever think of anything else?" she shot at Daya, "With you burning everything it's hard for me to blizzard," She sighed, "How did I get stuck with the most annoying group ever.." she grumbled

Edgar sighs, blowing out a breath.
"Okay, okay, both of you need to settle down." they interject, using their power to force them both to calm down. Their voice sounded slightly sharper than usual, the only other indicator they were using their power being that their eyes glowed more purple.
Alice huffs, the entire room becoming slightly cooler as she loses a bit more patience with everyone.
Daya turned their attention back to Winter with a sigh. They weren't a huge fan of arguments, which was strange given their general love of chaos. In the group, they wanted everyone to get along, likely to avoid reminding them of their home life. The constant arguments bothered them a lot. The reason why they were so sweet was an attempt to make people happy, although before their parents started disliking their existence, they were already more on the kind side of things.
"Look, I can't control the fact that I have fire powers, nor can I change the fact that you have ice powers," they sighed softly. "I try my best to avoid the areas that you wish to target, but sometimes I get angry and set everything ablaze. I'm not here to argue, though, so I'll try to stay out of your way."
As they spoke, they lowered their tone. Truly, they did hate arguments, so they approached them logically. If they used facts and not opinions, maybe they could prevent huge ones. Of course, in the fear that they would start one, they gradually lowered their tone as well. They approached the situation speaking seriously, although the gradual lowering of tone and hatred of arguments remained almost childlike in nature.
"Whatever.." She pointed her finger at the sky and formed a little storm cloud. All the noise bothered her. She got up to change into her mission clothes. Winter normally just wore short shorts and a cropped hoodie. She faced away from the others and began undressing.
Alice waves a lazy hand, throwing up a screen of ice to cover Winter.
"Nobody wants to see you in your bra or panties," she says condescendingly.
Edgar sighs.
"Ice Queen, we like you better when you're quiet." they mutter.
A needle thins sliver of ice forms in front of Edgar's eye.
Edgar huffs.
"Okay, didn't want to have to resort to actually controlling you people, but. . ." they start.
They take a deep breath. "Stop threteaning me, Ice Queen."
The sliver of ice disappears, then Alice blinks, and sighs.
"Fine."
"Pretty sure you're just turned on by seeing me, no need to hide it," She said as she slipped on her hoodie
A dagger of ice appears at Winter's throat.
"I won't hesitate to slit your throat, bitch." Alice snarls.
Edgar laughs to himself.
Winter tapped the dagger and it cracked, "Maybe you forget that I use ice too,"
20 more daggers appear above various sensitive places on Winter's body.
"And you're forgetting that there's nowhere you can go right now where I can't reach you."
"Dayaaaa.." she cried, "Alice is bullying meeee,"
Daya sighed softly and gave Alice a glance. Although they were aware of the slight argument between the two, they didn't want a fight to break out between the two. If they were going to go on with their mission, they needed to make sure that no one wasted their powers trying to fight one another. None of them were super experienced, and while some were really good with them, they all had the possibility of wearing themselves out from using them too much, and that wouldn't end well if it occurred during a fight.
"Alice, please stop trying to attack Winter," they requested softly. "We have things to do, and if we want things to be successful, we can't overuse our powers. Besides, we need to learn to get along eventually. Then we can take over the world and be unstoppable!"
Somehow, their tone went from serious to the usual childlike and playful one at the end of their statement. Depending on the situation, they could switch back and forth, although both seemed to be natural to them. All in all, they wanted their plans to be successful, and they didn't like arguments, so they tried to get everyone to get along.
Alice snorts.
"I've been using my powers since I got them, dear. The only thing it does is bleach my color out a little and make me more susceptible to heat." she replies, not moving any of the daggers.
Delilah was used to this kind of chaos from the group, and thus didn’t challenge it. They only waited for their time to speak.
Daya sighed softly. That was one of their concerns. If overuse only made Alice more susceptible to heat, then there would be issues since they had fire powers. They didn't want their abilities to hinder the others more than they already did. All they wanted was for the group to eventually get along. If they could do that, then taking over the world wouldn't be as difficult as they used to think. If they all knew each other's strengths and weaknesses, they could easily do anything if coordinated correctly.
"Yes, and with my fire powers, that's an issue as your heat tolerance becomes even less. Please, just leave Winter alone. I don't want this to become a huge argument" they said softly, a hint of childlike innocence in their eyes. They were always like that when it came to arguments and violence from the people that they were meant to be close to, Despite their love of causing problems, when it came to in the group, they despised it. "Please."
Alice snorts, a tiny storm brewing around her, the room growing colder.
"I can still kick your ass, dear. Don't test me. I will freeze you solid faster than you can blink."
Edgar sighs, and raises their voice.
"People, people, people. . . let's stop fighting now." they call out, their words rippling through everyone.
"Shouldn't we get on with our mission, Alice?" She said in a sharp tone and a smirk streaked on her face, "Don't you remember why we're here?"
Daya gave a small smile towards Edgar as they used their powers to calm everyone down. They wouldn't say anything directly to the other, but they always seemed to appreciate when they would stop the fights between them. Being involved in arguments and fights with the people that they hoped to be close with was an upsetting thought, especially when their parents yelled at them a lot after they came out. Although they loved chaos, that never seemed to apply to when they were with the group.
