Raz decided to stay at the cafe for a little longer, enjoying its ambiance as well as his cup of coffee. He hadn’t realized just how long he had stayed until he had glanced up to see the sun setting behind some buildings. He smiled to himself, finding that he had enjoyed his unexpected outing. He scooped up his belongings as well the remainder of his treats, and headed home, too excited to sleep but too tired to do much else.
Once home he flopped down onto his couch he pulled over his laptop to work for a bit, looking over new patients as well as the progress on the current kids he was in therapy with. As much as Raz wanted to be the ideal responsible angel, he, unfortunately was not perfect and fell asleep not even an hour from when he had began working.
The next morning, Raz awoke to his phone alarm buzzing away on his coffee table. Apparently he had been aware enough to set an alarm for the next day but not to plug in his now very dead computer. He supposed he would charge it at the office. With a huffed sigh, Raz set his computer to the side and stretched out his sore back and wings. He yawned widely before beginning his early morning with a cup of chocolate. Upon opening his phone when his alarm went off, he had seen that a few of his patients had canceled. It wasn’t something that Raz particularly liked but he understood life got in the way sometimes. He only prayed that they were okay. The free few hours he was given, Raz decided to do a bit of research on his still charging computer. After showering and throwing on some comfy clothes, Raz made breakfast and started looking up common drinks bars served, seeing if he would enjoy something. to his pleasant surprise most of the drinks he found, either warm spiced alcohols or fruity cocktails seemed genuinely good.
