A doctor came to blaze's aid and put something under her nose to wake her up "stay with us Naize" blaze said after he put her down on the bed and held her hand

Naize held his hand weakly. “Blaze..”

"I'm not leaving your side even if you go to surgery" Blaze said with a tear rolling down his face and squeezed her hand lightly

Naize yelped when they touched her, flinching away in pain

"look at me and ignore them" he said

“ blaze… It's cold..”

"I know just keep talking to me take your mind off it" he said brining her hand up to his lips as the doctor began stitching

Naize gritted her teeth, wincing. “ it fucking hurts”

"I know I know… Just breathe and focus on me" he said turning her head towards him

Naize locked her eyes with his, tearing up a bit

"squeeze my hand if you have to I don't care how much it hurts" he said holding his hand over her

Naize whimpered as she squeezed his hand

Blaze grunted silently "you.. have one hell of a grip.." he said

“Sorry” she whimpered

"It's fine I told you to do this" blaze said returning a firm 'ill never let go of you' grip on her hand

Naize took a sigh of relief once it was over, “c..can you lay with me.. Please..”

"it's a bed meant for one person so they can recover and that person is you but I can move the chair closer and lay my head up there if you want" blaze said

Blaze moved the chair closer to the bed side and put his head next to hers "better"

Naize weakly moved her head to rest near his, trying to move her body next to him

"don't push it" Blaze said strictly only for her own good

"No you need to watch the stitches and rest you've had a rough day" blaze said

“ fine..” she whined and pulled the blankets closer. Suddenly the door had busted open “ naize!” kane said worriedly

Blaze shot up from resting his head on the bedside into an attentive state

Kane looked over at blaze “ you had one job. Fucking protect her!”

"How was I supposed to protect someone when they leave me behind with no real destination" blaze said
