"Alright…" Axis wandered around until he found a stand that sold something that most closely resembled earth food and then ordered it for himself. He then found Ayda again so that they could eat together.

@gracehustle

"What do you think of the city so far?" She asked once she found Axis again, carrying some of the food from the stand she had gone to in her hands. Ayda was clearly waiting to find him before she started eating, and she glanced around for somewhere to sit to eat.

@Fraust

"It seems pretty nice." Axis smiled gently and sat down with Ayda once they found a place and started eating what he had bought. "The people are nice, the food is good… it generally seems… you know, good. Do you like it here?" He asked.

@gracehustle

Ayda shrugged and smiled, "I don't mind it here, I'm glad you like it. I didn't grow up here, but I'm learning that I love it the longer I live here." She continued eating after she finished speaking, looking around at the still bustling market. "It's one of the most peaceful places I've seen or lived."

@Fraust

Axis nodded a bit and kept eating as well as he listened to Ayda talk. "If you weren't born here, where are you from?" He asked curiously. "And how big is your world? My world has nearly eight billion people in total, so it's pretty well inhabited."

@gracehustle

She shook her head and smiled, "I was born in this world, but my family originated from the undisputed territory to the north of this realm." Ayda thought for a minute then shrugged, "I'm not sure an exact number, but we have probably about three-quarters of your total populations on this planet." She ate again, finishing off one of her wraps before continuing, "Most of them residing in the Elven realm, which is where we are, as well as the Faerie's realm, and the Sea's realm."

@Fraust

Axis nodded a bit. "Our population is pretty well spread out, but colder areas are understandably less populated. "Like… we've got a massive country called Russia, but it's only about half populated. I live in America, which has about three hundred million or so people in it. And we've got thousands of different languages. There's no one language that everyone speaks."

@gracehustle

Ayda seemed interested in this information and she nodded, "Are there other species that reside in the areas that humans can't live in?" She nibbled at her food and asked several seconds later, "Earth must be huge if you're able to fit that many people into the world without fighting for space for everyone." There were similar comparisons that they had on this world, but nothing as significant as largely uninhabited areas. If there was somewhere one species couldn't live, another one was perfectly suited for the area.

@Fraust

"Well, there's animals and stuff, y'know… like in really cold places there's polar bears and penguins and arctic foxes… stuff like that. Animals that can handle that kind of cold weather." Axis shrugged a bit. "And yeah, earth is really big. I don't know exactly how big, but… you know…"
