"Why though? It is not their belongings," She questioned, frowning again, "Even I would not barge into someone's space and start to look through their things without permission." That was one part of humans that she hadn't been able to understand from their gathered data. Even for her race, one that was naturally looking for information of any kind, that was considered rude and extremely disrespectful. "Will dressing like you make me blend in?" She questioned as well, looking down at her own clothes.
“Yeah… it’s how humans are. And yeah, staying by my side when we go there would help too,” the man had said as he continued to look through the pictures. “So far the only report of a fallen object that’s near is… a fifteen-hour drive away,” he mentioned, chewing the inside of his cheeks a bit before turning to her. “Y-You don’t have spare clothes, do you…?”
She gave him a slightly confused look and shook her head, glancing at her borrowed clothing again, "I do not. I was given this by another human, he told me to keep it." Suhi was quite happy to hear that there was a report of another object, even if it meant that humans knew about their arrival on the planet. She wasn't quite sure what a drive was, but guessing from the machines she supposed were cars, it had something to do with that.
“Right…” with that, he stood up and when to his own room, getting out a hoodie that would be too big for Suhi. “Here, put this on,” Adam had said with a small smile, his mind running wild at the made-up image of her in his clothes.
She took the new piece of clothing easily from him, studying it before pulling it on. It was similar enough to her home world's clothing, but even so, it got stuck on her horns as she tried to put it on. "Adam, your clothing is not cooperating," Suhi said, her words slightly muffled as she tried to get the hood off of her horns where it was stuck, "I do not think this is the correct way for it to be worn."
With a small sigh and quick laugh, the man had moved to her side to help her with the hood. Yeah, it was a pretty old hoodie, but it was comfortable and so he didn’t throw it away and had cleaned it every time he did the laundry, even if he didn’t wear it. “We should head there now so that we’d be back before the sun sets,” he mentioned.
Soon she was wearing the hoodie the right way, a soft smile on her face as she looked at the fabric, studying it carefully, "This is…soft, I like it." Suhi wasn't quite drowning in the shirt, mostly because of her height, but it was large on her. Either way, she already liked it, and she hoped it helped her blend in as Adam had said. "Do you know how to get there?" She questioned, looking up at him with a hopeful smile. Truthfully, she had no clue where she had landed. Stumbling upon the city had been an accident, and she really couldn't get back to her pod if she tried.
“I have a marked location on my phone,” he answered with an equally bright smile. He thought Suhi looked quite adorable in his clothes and it was nice… causing him to blush slightly.
“Just a quick word, you look so cute in those clothes,” he said before turning to the door. “Shall we go?”
She nodded then stood, looking over the hoodie before smiling at him again, asking curiously, "Cute is a compliment to humans, right?" Suhi wasn't sure why she felt happy at his compliment, but either way, it did make her want to wear clothing similar to this more often. Both because they were extremely comfortable and cute, as she had been told. She followed him as he headed to the door, hoping that they would come back to this place so she could learn more about Adam and humans in general.
