You're right on the point with the trauma, being shy, lacking sleep, needing help, and of off on the first name by a few letters (It's Micheal btw), though he is a bit more angy, antisocial, tries to cut people off from him and probably hisses at the sun

Pretty close. This is Dante Maaxallen and he only has a tough exterior. He is really caring and protective to the people who he's close to, particularly his daughter who he became clean and got kicked out of high school for (it was a private school). He could cut a bitch is he really wanted to but would only really consider it if the bitch was harming his daughter or his few close friends.
