The little girl smiled, petting the shep a bit more. "M-My na-names A-Aly.." She stuttered, smiling softly.

fluffy shep say hello. Abie giggled.
"Hi!" Seven said. "Want to play Mariokart with us?"

Aly paused. "Wha-what's that?" She tilted her head, in confusion.

"That's what I asked…"

"It's a game," Seven said. "And Ben here's really good at it!" He playfully punched Ben in the arm.

"OWW!!" He squeaked, cutely

Aly paused. "A-ah, I-I se-see.." She sat next to him.

Seven instructed Aly how to play Mariokart.

Aly paused. "O-Oka-Okay!" She said, sighing as she held the remote, shaking a bit.

are you otay? Abie asked, looking curiously up at Aly.

Aly paused, but nodded. "Y-Yes..I-I'm oka-okay."

"You seem to be nervous," Seven observed. "Don't worry, it's not hard to win at Mariokart."

Jax finally got out of bed and padded into the living room, rubbing her eyes. Her mouth and nose were obscured by a gray medical mask, and she wore an oversized yellow and black hoodie. "Captain? Are you in here?" The girl scanned the room, seeing only unfamiliar faces. "Where a-am I? Where's Captain?"

Ben was in shock
"HEY!!"

Aly whined, falling onto her side at the yelling. "W-What?" She stuttered, her head hurting.

"Oh, I was yelling at Seven. Sorry my good ma'am!"

Abie, at the loud noise, promptly turned dark gold for scared and stuffed herself under the nearest armchair; Seven got up. "Hi!"

"But you said…" He realized something and became silent

Aly noticed Abie and walked toward her, petting her head softly and comfortly.

"What? Oh! Oh, I was saying that to comfort Aly! It's actually kind of hard to win at Mariokart, and it's really hard to win the very first time you play! Plus, I thought she was nervous about playing!"

Jax nervously waved at the group, and sat down in the corner of the room, bringing her knees up to her chest. "Where am I?" The girl repeated.

"You're in an awesome house!" Seven explained, although he wasn't sure of it himself. "Do you want to play Mariokart with us?"

"Yes!" He said, with his beautiful Russian, yet British, accent

Seven punched his arm again lightly, grinning mischievously. "I was asking the new girl, silly. I know you want to play Mariokart!"

"Mario… cart? What's that?" Jax leaned forward a bit, her gray eyes widening. "Is that a pirate crew?"

"I was agreeing with you, as in 'Yes, do you wanna play?', silly!" He punched Seven's arm back

mariokart is a fun and happy game! Abie extricated herself from underneath the armchair and wagged her tail, her fur turning back to light aqua-blue: happy.
