Arsenio bit his lip. “Maybe… maybe not… Stuff like the plants used to happen to me as a kid, but… everyone brushed it off and thought it was just my imagination or some trick to get attention, so…. maybe this was just reinstating something we once had…??”
"Hm, well i still think what you can do trick, hallucination whatever i think its really cool." he smiled at Ari. "I know i used to be able to her when i was young and then i just….couldn't." He put a hand on his neck.
Arsenio looked at Evan in surprise. “Really? That’s weird….. What did the doctors conclude??” He asked curiously.
"They didnt really know why i all of sudden lost my hearing, they just figured i inherited it before it settled in early. There wasn't much they could do."
Sana heard her phone buzz again and she checked it quickly, texting her address back quick before closing her eyes and continuing to lay on her bed. She could hear her roommate walking around their shared apartment right off of campus, but she didn't do anything, even though now she also had to get dressed enough to be presentable as well as eat and more.
Ari went sad at that, but perked up when he heard Evan’s phone ding. “Was that Sana??”
he pulled his phone out to look at it. "Oh yeah its her address, lets start walking." He smled at ari, setting him down and turning to walk towards the day.
Slowly, Sana stood up, pulling on a light gray sweater and leggings, an outfit that would be much more acceptable than her pajamas. She knew that Ari and Evan would most likely be on their way over, and so, she tried to look presentable, though still didn't get any work done or eat any food.
Arsenio grumbled at being out down, as he liked being held, but he just said, “How far away is it?” He asked curiously.
Evan bagged up the rest of the cookies and check his maps. "not too far. I think about a five minute jog." He gave Ari hair ruffles. "i know you probably wanted me to continue holding you but we both know I'm not very strong in that aspect and I would rather not drop you." He walked out the door.
Arsenio nodded. “Let’s walk though… You know I don’t do jogging well.” He blushed when Evan called him out on wanted to be held and mumbled at his feet, “Never said anything….” he walked out the door and reached out to grab ahold of the back of Evan’s shirt, as holding his hand would be awkward but he also didn’t want to accidentally get left behind.
He turned opening the door for Ari, he smiled at Ari. "It's okay Ari, if you wanna hold hands we can." He grabs Ari's hand, and walks to sana's house.
"I'm not very good at jogging either."
Ari blushed and burrowed into his hoodie to cover his strawberry colored face when Evan took his hand. He wasn’t even entirely sure why he was blushing and embarrassed. He just was.
(they sure take turns in being oblivious.)
He just hummed as they walked towards sana's house a smile on his face, not noticing when Ari burrowed his face into his hoodie from how flustered it was. He had the cookies for sana in his pocket and his hand was in Ari's.
(Lmao, pretty much!!)
Arsenio started getting timid as they got closer to Sana’s home, a little scared and his social anxiety punching him in the gut yet again.
Meanwhile Evan is happily marching along, humming softly all the way to Sana's house, still holding tight to Ari's and bein oblivious. He walked up to the door and knocked on it.
Arsenio pressed against Evan and whimpered under his breath, pulling his hood up over his head as an attempt to ease his building anxiety attack.
He felt Arsenio press against him and turned seeing him pull his hood over his head and frowned a little bit. he could tell something was wrong, he crouched down to be at eye level of Ari. "Hey whats wrong?"
(Lol, yes, crouch in front of your lord, his cuteness can bring you to your knees!! I’m sorry, I had to)
Ari shook his head as he went mute, something that happened occasionally when he was overwhelmed with his mental health problems. He didn’t look Evan in the eyes.
He still looked very concerned, he brushed any stray hairs from Ari's face and just gave him a big ole bear hug, rubbing his back. He noticed ari didn't look him in the eyes.
(yessss)
Arsenio pressed into Evan’s embrace, shaking a little. He reached into his hoodie and fished out his inhaler, taking a puff from it as he started to wheeze. The back rubs felt good though, and the hug grounded him a bit, causing him to calm down a small amount.
Sana sat up when she heard the door knock, moving quickly for the first time all morning. She got to the door before her roommate could, and opened the door easily, even managing to get a tiny smile to appear on her face, no matter how much pain she was in.
Evan felt the out flow of air hit him as the door was opened he gave Sana a small smile as well, still hugging and rubbing Ari's back. "hey." he spoke quietly, to sana.
Arsenio didn’t really acknowledge Sana’s presence, too wrapped up in his head to really notice what was going on around him. He took another puff of the inhaler.
"Hey its okay Ari…Your okay..im okay..sana's okay…"He whispered sofly and soothingly to Ari as he rubbed his back and held him tight to him.
"Hi there, come in," She said gently, opening the door wider and nodding to her roommate, who was watching carefully from the small kitchen, "This is Sammy, she's my roommate." Sana stepped aside so they could come in, closing the door behind them and motioning around, "And this is our humble, and slightly messy, abode."
Evan picked up Ari, holding him in his arms as he walked in nodding at Sammy. He didn't see the first part of what she said, but saw the second part. He held Ari gently still rubbing his back best he could.
The apartment wasn't a complete disaster, but for the size, it definitely needed a little cleanup. To the left of the door sat a small kitchen, and to the right was a living room, complete with a soft looking couch and tv. Past the kitchen was the dining room, and branching off from between those was a hallway that one could assume was to the bedrooms and bathroom. Sana moved a random pile of laundry away from the couch, wandering over there and motioning to Ari, "If you want you can set him down. And just sit down as well. Want anything to drink?"
Arsenio just clung to Evan, staying still and closing his eyes, focusing on the feeling of being carried. He managed to whisper a hello to Sana before shutting down again.
Evan sat down on the couch but held ari tightly to him. "i think I'll be fine." he smiled at Sana, "hey sana, there is something i should probably tell you, so if ypu could sit down."
