After class, Draco gathered his things and left the room. After a few seconds of consideration, he decided that he might as well see what Harry wanted and headed towards the library.

Draco stepped into the library and adjusted his grip on the strap of his bag. He glanced around and didn't see Harry at any of the tables. "Potter?" He called out. Is he trying to trick me? That bastard…

Draco jumped a bit at the sudden noise in the silent library. "Whatever… what did you want to talk to me about, Potter? It better be important…"

"Prom?" Draco froze. This was definitely not what he expected Harry to want to talk to him about. "Erm… I… I guess? I need to go to my next class. I'll talk to you later, I guess…" He said awkwardly before leaving the library as quickly as possible. Why the hell would I say yes??

harry blushed then yelled yes!!! i have to get ready its tonight

Draco hadn't been planning on going to the dance at all, but he supposed he'd better start getting ready after his classes ended. He was sort of committed at this point.

Draco ignored his fellow Slytherins as they badgered him with questions. He simply got into his dress robes, neatened up his already immaculate hair, and headed down to where the ball was being held.

"What are you looking at, Potter? They're essentially the same as yours." Draco huffed, crossing his arms.

Draco still seemed unsure. His heart was racing and he had no idea how to feel about this. Just yesterday he still hated Harry, for God's sake. "Is this some kind of sick joke or what?"

Draco sighed in resignation and just showed Harry to do whatever it was he was wanting to do. He clearly had almost no choice in the matter at this point.
