(lmao you're good Izzy. Also, neat character, Lemon. I can't wait to see how our characters will interact with each other)
OKAY i am ready to tackle this
it'll take me awhile to look at everything and post my character
actually, it shouldn't take me more than an hour IF GOOGLE DOCS WOULD ACTUALLY LIKE LOAD
(Sorry for the absence!)
I'd love to help out!
I think you need to give public access…
Did you look at the PHB?
You roll your stats like this: roll 4d6, reroll 1s, and add the three highest together. Repeat that 6 times and you can fill in your stats how you want. I believe your AC should be 10 + Dex modifier, and any armor you may have (which I don't believe you should have)
fkjlfsdjklfsdklsdf
okay so
stats should be like,,, for the trainer right?
so it isn't too much different from regular d&d, okay-
uh… legit the last time i did a campaign i think my friends did the actual calculation of modifiers aha-
so i don't remember how to do those-
OH WAIT i remember now it was based off a chart so like,,, would the modifers still depend on what number the stats are?
Modifiers: (Ability score minus 10) divided by 2 (rounded down)
Hecc I'm sorry I need help for so much…
What's the ability score?
Your ability score is your strength, dexterity, constitution, intelligence, wisdom, and charisma. Each is important in different ways, in certain situations. Want to seduce a demon? Charisma check, rolla d20 and add your charisma modifier. Want to do a backflip to distract the guard while the party sneaks by? Make an acrobatics (dexterity) check, using your acrobatics modifier. Is a dragon attempting to frighten you? Make a wisdom saving throw with your wisdom saving throw modifier (if you aren't proficient in wisdom saving throws [ST], you use your wisdom modifier instead.
You roll your stats [Ability Scores] like this: roll 4d6, reroll 1s, and add the three highest together. Repeat that 6 times and you can fill in your stats how you want.
I hope this helps!
This is interesting, but I'm not a big Pokemon or D&D player, be warned- can I join?
Of course! (I can only hope you're a fast learner. If not, that's completely fine! This is my first campaign after a year of being a player, and I get being new to stuff all too well. Did you need any help at all making your character, or do you have a good idea of who they'll be?)
I'll try a draft first)

oh hecc um…
so i may or may not have just woken up
because i was up till like,,, 4am doing math
so ima need a bit to process all this and make sense of it-
oki!
so i edited the trainer sheet-
how is it now?
(May I join? I love Pokemon, though I only know a few of them. Edit: I also LOVE D&D! <3)
Are we to choose one ability only in the pokemon sheet? I've listed three, but I saw that RedTheHopeless only listed one.
Yes, Pokemon only have one ability (some have a hidden ability but those have requirements that need to be met before unlocking)
okay, cool, I'll delete one)
(Does each player need to use dice? If so, do we use 2d6?)
Yes, each player needs to use dice. Not sure where you're getting 2d6 from
(2=two d6=six sided 2d6=two six sided dice )
I know what 2d6 means. This isn't my first rodeo, buddy.
I'm asking where you're getting 2d6 from.
Are you asking about them as Damage dice? Are you getting them from Hit Dice? Or are you getting it from elsewhere?
(Oh….uh…I don't know….)
(Is there a difference?)
