I just realized that the story I want to tell would have to go out of its way to incorporate audience interaction

FUCK

eh, I guess I'll just make a different story to interact directly with the audience

@RedTheLoveless

Hmm… Reed I think you're onto something here…
Thank you for jumpstarting my brain!

Would it be alright if I send the finished script here for feedback/advice/reactions?

@RedTheLoveless

Undertale is such a huge part of my middle school years, and the story it tells is just beautiful and timeless. I had to stop for a few years though cuz the fanbase began to get toxic, but now I'm back and it seems calmer than it was. I enjoy the AUs, but I can never keep up with the details of them all.

You have to go through that one dumb site and change it there

@RedTheLoveless

Hey, not to be a bitch but please refrain from talking about irrelevant topics that aren't concerned with cosplay, as this is what I created the thread for.

However, if you find yourself in need of help with stuff on the site, there is a forum at the top of the Discussions page called Site Support, where you can ask questions like yours and get an answer without interrupting something else.

Anyways, now that I've awoken at 3:00am and still don't feel tired enough to go back to sleep, I'll pose this question because I'm curious:

Who is your favorite character(s) to cosplay? And why?

Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia, because scar is fun to make and I actually have a good wig for him

I use eyeshadow directly around my eye then lipstick or body paint for the rest.

To answer my own question: I really enjoy cosplaying Ochako Uraraka, Frisk, Chara, and Lust (my Masked OC).

Ochako Uraraka because I really relate to her as a character. Grew up in tough conditions with a supportive family pushing me to follow my (lucrative) dreams. Wanting to remain positive and determined through life. Thinking outside the box. Having an aggressive side when pressured.

Frisk because they are an enby after my own heart, being a kind and helpful crackhead.

Chara because sometimes I too feel like going on a psychotic murdering streak (metaphorically). Plus I like portraying the villain from time to time, to truly understand why they are the way they are.

And Lust because she's an alter ego of myself. It's kinda like what I do and say normally vs. what's going on inside my head. I can let those intrusive thoughts out in a healthy manner while also creating something fun.

Favorite cosplay: Victor Frankenstein, because of what he means to me as a person (if you go to the "review the last book you read" chat, I go pretty in-depth). Although General Hux was also very fun!
Why do I cosplay?: It's fun and I like it. I'm the sort of person who does more casual cosplay than full-on cosplay, but I like to look cool and it's fun for me.

Why do I cosplay?
Several reasons, some deeper than others.
1: I like makeup, I think it’s an art, but at first glance I seem somewhat tomboyish, people were surprised when I started wearing eyeliner so I just don’t often wear a full face because I don’t like the attention, except when I cosplay.
2: i like building things. I make most of my costumes myself and I plan tons more that I don’t have the means to actually make.
3: it’s a escape from reality to actually put on a costume, makeup and wig, to dress up to the point that you barely recognize yourself, and we all need a break from reality every once in a while.
And there ya have it.

In other news: I finished mapping out the timeline of events for my idea, and also decided to call the series "Build for Mercy."

Would yall like to see the timeline? It has multiple endings and plenty of ambiguous details left for the viewer to fill in~

@RedTheLoveless

alrighty well get ready for some reading
I also apologize beforehand if you don't know about Undertale. Which would be surprising, but still very spoiling of the game.
