"To the nearest cafe I guess" they arrived there to the cafe Belarus opened the door for America.
"To the nearest cafe I guess" they arrived there to the cafe Belarus opened the door for America.
"Thank you." Once they got to the counter, America ordered an americano of course.
"I'll take a latte please" after he ordered they sat down.
*after they sat they down
"So, how are things for you?" America asked once they'd gotten their coffee. "Maybe you'll be a little more compliant than Russ."
"I'm good, just a little shaken cause Dad doesn't really fight with Russia" Belarus took a small sip of his coffee.
"Well, we don't know for sure that he did." America shrugged, sipping his coffee. "Russia isn't telling me anything."
"Yeah, he does that.." He said then took a sip of his coffee
"I wish he wouldn't… I do enjoy talking to him when he bothers to reciprocate."
"Yeah,…" Belarus finished his coffee after a few more sips
"You're closer to him than I think he'll ever let me be. Do you have any tips to get him to not… you know, act like he hates my guts?"
"Maybe don't umm bug him too much, leave him alone sometimes, go drink with him etc"
"Wonder if he's a fun drunk? I only really drink by myself so I have no idea what I'm like." America laughed and finished his coffee.
Belarus looked at his latte glass
and smiled " yeah.."
"Well, I'm ready to go. Maybe we can get Russ to talk, hmm?" America tossed his cup in the trash as they walked out.
"Yup lets get him been long enough" He turned his head a few times to look for Russia.
"Hey, Russia! Where are you?" America wandered around, looking for Russia.
Russia was on a bridge looking at the river.
America hesitated before sitting next to Russia silently. He won't like it if I'm loud…
Russia took notice of america.
America smiled softly, just trying not to talk. It was pretty difficult for him, since there were plenty of things he wanted to say. He figured he should let Russia speak first if he wanted to, though.
"hello"
"Hey. You doing alright? I mean, you don't need to say if you aren't comfortable telling me, you just, uh… you seemed upset earlier." America looked down at the water, hoping he wasn't annoying Russia too much.
"ummmm"Russia looked down
America kept quiet, moving his sunglasses to the top of his head.
Russia seemly almost started to cry.
"H-Hey, it's alright." Shit I wasn't prepared for this. America hugged Russia, hoping that was the right thing to do.
Russia was shaking he didn't know what to say, so he just started to cry.
America hugged Russia tighter, trying to find some way to make him stop crying. "You really don't have to tell me if it upsets you. Uh… w-what if I told you something personal instead? Would that make you feel better?"
