But how do you choose who is gonna compete for UK then?

Oh there was like a selection called 'Eurovision: You Decide' back in February. Twas held by Mel Giedroyc and Måns Zelmerlöw

Interesting… so, how more exactly does that work?

So the public book tickets to go to this event and then they watch all the acts that could be chosen, then at the end they vote for who they want to represent the country. I think that's how it's done anyway, I haven't actually been to it myself

But there is only one final? In Sweden it is like a mini eurovision with quarterfinals and semifinals and finals and that kind of stuff.

In all honesty I don't really know how it works over here, other than the 'You Decide' thing
