Dragon Hunters?? Idk what it's called but like these two guys go around hunting formidable dragons and sometimes this teen girl tags along to help and they get rewards and stuff and some episodes were really freaky cuz the dragon had super creepy powers and at one point they start questioning if they're actually good people or not since they're killing all these creatures and in the first season they were based out of a tavern but in the 2nd they're wandering around??

Update: YEAH THE SHOW WAS CALLED DRAGON HUNTERS

I would name more things but my entire childhood consisted of the older version of MLP, Blues Clues video games on my brother's old 90's computer, and VEGGIE TALES VHS TAPES

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

Uh fuckin the one where creatures turn into stones and the main guy receives prophecies and shit??

GUYS I FOUND IT
IT'S CALLED "Magi-Nation"

I KNEW I WASN'T IMAGINING IT

Oh. I've seen that!

Do you guys know about this show where it was these people who could like turn their Shadows into monsters, and the main characters was like this tall, buff Blue Dragon? I think something like blue dragon was the name. That was my shit when I was younger.

I also watched Paula Deen's cooking show at my grandma's house and I absolutely loved it because I was an odd kid

Sooo… anyone want to talk about how much of a masterpiece avatar: The Last Airbender was?

OH HECK YES that was another big part of my childhood, how did I forget to mention it before?

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

RAVENS YOU MUST!

But bruh this cartoon was hella good bro not only where the concepts good, the animation and voice acting or decent, the soundtrack was pretty cool, as was the choreography for the fights, as each one of the elements was literally based on a martial art. Plus the comedy was amazing.

The plot was an episodic bunch of Randomness with an overarching narrative about the tragedy of war. And that's some deep type of shit for a kids show.

So basically in their world there are these things called benders, or basically people who can use one of the classical four elements. End of the Benders, there is one called The Avatar, who reincarnates after they die, who can learn all four elements and connect to the spirit world. Basically, the next Avatar, instead of fulfilling his duties, ran away, and got frozen and ice for about a hundred years, and in his absence, the land of fire started a war with all the other nations in his pretty much wiping them out. His people have gone extinct already. And it's up to him to take them down.

It might possibly be one of the best cartoons I've ever seen in my life. If not the absolute best.

That's because Dave Filoni worked on it and he's like the best EVER for animated stuff!!

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

Yeah it's totally the best childhood show ever! I just love everything about it! I took some of my world building from it even! Well not the actual world-building, but the lessons I learned. That's how all of my worlds are so unique! I also love the plot structure, and the characters, and just everything about the show is amazing!

It's physical evidence that just because something's for children, doesn't mean it can't be made well. Believe it or not, children have standards too which is something Caillou and Dora The Explorer never really understood
