What if it was optional, you can rp as yourself/a character loosely based off you, or you could just rp as a character you made up

I'm not mad lol, I'm just not comfortable revealing my mental health issues and using them in something like a roleplay. I'm afraid it might trigger something like a panic attack and I don't want to risk that
