@garbage-owo
I've loved fantasy since forever, and in the past week I've come up with a new side project (webcomic). I'm a little bare on ideas, wanna help? The things I do know about it:
- The title is "Forest"
- It's high fantasy
- The main character is a girl named Ash
- The general summary is that on an alternate Earth, the Library of Alexandria (the source of all magical knowledge) was never destroyed and magic still exists. One of the top rules of magic is to never harm nature because that inspires wrath and destructive magic. Because of this, nature has sort of overtaken Earth and east and west America are completely covered in woodlands, forming a massive forests on both sides (hence the title). (Also, the story takes place in the much larger east forest…?) There are multiple separate races in the forest, like elves, druids, nymphs, etc, and Ash's race is fire-based and their section of the forest is Emberwood (land of the Emberwooden). The races are very secluded and don't communicate much, and only meet once a year for a nature-preservation ceremony where they do a ritual that preserves the forest.
- I don't know where to go from here?!?!?! Idk, I'm thinking that something can sort of give Ash visions telling her to unite the forest because….reasons?!?!?!??! There's going to be lots of traveling and culture-experiencing
- The only really solid character ideas I have are for an introverted, 7-foot-tall Druid-in-training Grootish tree boy and a smart lunar-based princess girl who is invisible during the day and visible during the night. I don't want too many characters to be part of the Main Team (TM), I think a good number wood be 5 people or 4 plus a mascot-pet-animal-thing
- tl;dr: I NEED A PLOT?!?!?!?! AND CHARACTERS?! AND EVERYTHING?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!?!?
