I'm having writers block for a story I'm writing. I just revealed my villain's backstory and now I don't know what to do next! Someone help me please.

Do you know what direction you want the story to go? If not, that's something to think about. What was the purpose of revealing the villain's backstory in the context of the story itself? Were they monologuing to the hero during their fight? Or was another character explaining it?
It also depends on the context they reveal it in. If they are revealing it to the main character/Hero you could have the hero relate somehow or use the villains past against them. If its a memory or flashback the villain could have a change of heart, hesitate too long(hero attacks), or do something drastic.
But i do agree that will also depend on the direction you want the story to go in.
