I have three solid characters, but I can not come up with a solid plot! I keep bouncing around on ideas or have none at all. I would really appreciate some ideas (beginning, middle, and end) So I can just write!

I have two female characters and one male. The main character is striving to make a name for herself (in my current awful plot) and is a bit of a hot head. Her best friend is very bubbly and outgoing and the male character is quite serious. (I'm sorry for the horrid descriptions I just really have a rough time talking about my characters to others)

First of all, to discover your plot, you have to decide on the genre of your story. You also have to choose what audience the book is aimed at, from young adult to regular adult. Then, I find it best to find inspiration. An easy way to do this is to watch a bunch of movies and TV shows, or read a bunch of books. Try and find something that you can draw off of to create the perfect plot.

I might just exapand on the questions you’ve presented: how will she make a name for herself? How does the bff help her achieve her goal(s)? Was the main character always that serious?
I find that planning out how to slowly reveal backstory (without making it redundant or tedious) is a great way to start developing plot.
