What about starting is bothering you? Do you have an outline/basic idea of where you want your plot to go?

For me, if I already have a rough idea of where I want the story to go, I'd try to write out the first chapter really fast. If I don't finish the first chapter right away, I'll be stuck on if my idea was good or if I should even be writing in the first place. Try using a word sprint tool or the earnest tool, and see if you can write chapter one in a single sitting. Getting a good solid start on a story always helps me want to continue. Keep in mind that it won't be perfect, but you have to keep writing!
