I need to make something dark, but I have no idea. All the good plots have been taken.

It was a dark, stormy, night. The rain pelted down on the windows, and thunder and lightning flashed. It seemed that Mother Earth was angry tonight. There was a girl. And that girl had a dark, dark, secret. But she was there for one reason, and one, singular reason only. There was another girl, a small girl. She was only four feet tall. She's cute, she thought, noticing the first girl. She approached the other girl, who immediately took a [knife, pistol, gun, whatever weapon you want] seemingly out of nowhere and aimed it at her. "W-what do you want?" the smaller girl asked, shrinking under the imminent danger. The taller one didn't respond, and proceeded to [stab/press the trigger on the gun], hitting the girl in the shoulder as she ducked. The smaller girl bled out, and eventually awoke in the hospital, and to her surprise, the other girl was by her side, and… tears falling down her cheeks?
Does this work? (Also, if you wanted this for an rp, let me know because I'd be happy to rp this with you!)
mind if i just write u a lil bit as a starter?
I stare at the greenhouse ceiling, the rain pounding on the roof, smudging the vision of the canopy of trees above. People always romanticized this stupid school, the stupid articles going on and on about their stupid, boring education. I know I should be doing my homework. Waiting for the professor to answer me, too distracted by her papers or something to notice I had been waiting for her to address me for, what, ten minutes? Maybe I could have gotten her attention by, say, knocking on the door again or saying her name, but what good is that when she'll say something like, "One minute, dear." Or something then just keep ignoring me? That much for permission to do my classwork in the garden, just to watch rain fall from the heavens. I draw breath, then someone next to me sighs. I jerk forward and sit up, giving myself what felt like whiplash as I look to my left. I hate when she does this. She knows that, so she refuses to show herself.
"Sabine…" I say, exasperated.
"Elodieee," She makes fun of me playfully. "This is boooring!"
I smile as she returns to a more physical form. Dead for a year, she finds anything boring.
