I was just about to post on Waterparks but seems you beat me to it! Gotta ask, what's your favorite song by them?

Either 'Rare,' 'Take Her To The Moon,' or 'Hawaii (Stay Awake).' But it varies day to day. There's a guy on YouTube who does electric guitar covers for a lot of their songs, and he does really well! He's also in a band called Academy Killer, just a little promo. His name is Lucas Goldson, if you want to look him up.

But back on the subject of Waterparks, what do you guys think about their new stuff?

i'm excited for the FANDOM era! i enjoyed TURBULENT and Watch What Happens Next, but i don't love dream boy?? i like it though!

FANDOM has been good, my favorite is Dream Boy, closely followed by Watch What Happens Next. Definitely gonna look up Lucas when I have time!

I'm also looking forward to the FANDOM era, although with a bit of wariness. Turbulent grew on me pretty quickly, but Watch What Happens Next and Dream Boy are not really my favorites. Dream Boy was a bit underwhelming in my personal opinion (although I don't think any different of you if you do like it). And Watch What Happens Next was a little too aggressive for my taste. Which is weird, because I love TANTRUM and Turbulent. Maybe it's because I feel as if retaliating against their fans wasn't necessarily the best choice—not that I think that's what they're doing, intentionally. I appreciate what they're trying to do by making a statement against the corruptness of the music industry, and the pressure artists are subjected to, but I feel as if they could have handled it in a better way, if that makes sense? Ahh, I really want to support them because I've been listening for a few years now and I really love their sound, but it's hard when all I have to compare them to is themselves (not that I should even be comparing—I should be grateful just for what they've put out). It just doesn't sit well with me, I guess. I don't know—don't mind me lol. Just venting a bit because I don't often come across other Waterparks fans, and I'm not sure half the things I'm saying even make sense. I'm probably (unintentionally) part of the group they were calling out in Watch What Happens Next, in all honesty.
