I want to try to write some soundtrack music. Formerly, I used Finale Notepad, but I'm looking for something a little better. I have also used Bosca Ceoil, but that's mostly better for 8-bit and 16-bit music.
I'd like it to be free, and better than Finale Notepad. Please, if anyone has any good, free music writing software please let me know. Or if you just have any recommendations for writing music, that would be awesome too.
