Wait, is that true? I'm not sure how well hemoglobin coagulates when cooked, but that would be quite interesting seeing as many "secret ingredients" that villains use involve human body parts.
Speaking of cooking, if the telekinetic could move atoms quickly enough to generate heat, you could literally boil their blood! Even better, you could change the state of matter and either have things like their blood or eyes solidify or make their teeth melt out of their face!

You could use the telekinesis to manipulate the blood in their bodies so that it stops moving or you could force them to cough up all of their blood. Your choice.

Make their digestive system crawl out of their mouth and wrap around their head until it suffocates them.

Pop their eyeballs out of their head and use them to plug up their windpipe.

Blow up each vertebrae in the spinal column. Implosion of the spinal vertebrae works too.

Murder them by making a small telekinetic bubble in their brain, and expanding it until their head starts to slough off.

Make a small air bubble between their toes, which would make it seem like a heart attack.

Explode their eyes from the inside out, and repeat this with everything else.

Make their bones twist around in their body, and disconnect.
