I've been working on my magic system and I've sorted out what the magic is but not how it's cast or particularly where it's come from. Any ideas?

I usually use a piece of jewelry with magic installed in it.

Body and mind sound like they would come directly from someone’s physical or mental power. I hevnt read the link, so that might not make sense, but it’s an idea.

Elemental magic could come from special crystals or something like that.

Both of those make sense, good ideas!
