Hi there!
I like that you got more in depth with your currency, gold and silver etc is good, but what kind of things do they trade?
Why is the magistrate always a man?
Archery is a cool sport, more unique because people most of the time just put that as a skill/favourite weapon. It's nice to see your place has it as a common sport. (or did I get that wrong haha?)
Area sounds just lovely and the wide range of crops is great!

The extra sections you put in are great! they give so much more insight! Factories-section sounds great, but may I ask why the maternity leave is so short?
Here in the Netherlands I believe you can leave a month or couple weeks or so before the baby arrives and then stay home a couple of weeks. But I'm not sure as I don't have children.
You really put a /lot/ of thought in this and that's just amazing to see, everything is so well-rounded!

Thank you! I really appreciate your input! To answer your questions:

  1. People mostly trade with whatever is of value. It's not uncommon for people to trade food, appliances, or even bits of scrap that they find. There's bound to be someone that can get you what you need in the city.
  2. Archery and shooting is a common sport, mostly because ranged weapons are more prolific than blades in Mordaria. Sure, there's a code of etiquette and whatnot for the "proper" (imagine that I rolled my r's there) way to shoot, but people probably came up with their own street rules over time. Fencing is meant for the nobles because they think only they are able to capture the true essence of poking someone with a wobbly meat thermometer. Rules are strict, outfits are strict, and combatants need the gear. Otherwise, local law enforcement with think they are fighting and arrest them.
  3. Sexism.
