Maia would've answered. In fact, she had something ready on the tip of her tongue, but then Evelyn was sitting down in her lap and all her attention went to not punching her out of instinct. And then once that was done with, she was kind of frozen solid because she'd been crushing on Evelyn since they met for the first time and she really wasn't prepared to have her fuckign nuzzling, like the cutest fucking baby girl she'd ever laid eyes on.
Eventually she sorted herself out and hesitantly wrapped her arms around Evelyn's waist, pulling her in a bit closer. "I swear to every fucking god, if these little pieces of shit get us in trouble I'm putting all the blame on you," she said, which wasn't a no by any means.
"Ha that's a YES! Thank you Wolfy!" She kissed Maia's cheek and picked up Razzle, and Emerald, and spun around the room hugging them both. "Also I will happily take the blame for these cute little rascals, isn't that right? Precious little poop machines. You're gonna help me cause trouble aren't you? Yes you are! Yes. You. Are." She grinned and then set the two down. "Well. Since you look, exhausted. I'm gonna head to Pet Co. Waste my cash on a bunch of puppy pads, and pet beds, and then go get some groceries for the little shits." Razzle started climbing up her leg and whimpering. "Nooo you can't come along. Go stay with miss grumpy pants over there that we had to work so hard to convince. Keep her happy so she falls even more in love with you little guys! Oh and Maia, make sure to name some of them too!" She grinned and headed out of Maia's room, grabbing her purse and jacket,happy dancing around the apartment. "Oh! And toys too! I wonder what sort of toys dragons like…BYE MAIA! I OWE YA A BILLION FOR THIS!" And she shut the door and soon was off on her bright pink and black motorbike.
Maia was largely stunned, reaching up to brush her fingertips over the place where Evelyn had kissed her. This was going to be a problem, wasn't it? This whole… Evelyn thing she had. She barely managed to yell back at Evelyn before her hurricane of a roommate was out the door and she was stuck with a herd of dragons and a burning in her chest. Eventually she got out of bed, barely managing to avoid stepping on one of the overgrown lizards as she made her way into their tiny kitchen.
They were bunking in one of the best places on campus, a building that was less freshman dorm and more glorified apartment. It was big enough to feel empty with Evelyn out and god, why couldn't Maia get over this stupid fucking crush? It was useless, all it did was let Evelyn get away with dumb shit she had no business doing like stealing al the marshmallows from Maia's stash and bringing home every stray she came across.
She groaned quietly, setting his head in her hands. Maybe what she needed was a good old fashioned distraction. Maybe that would get her mind of this stuff. Lizbit was back in town after all, and she'd given Maia a pretty open invitation to stay the night. It didn't take her long to make her decision, pulling out her phone to shoot Evelyn a quick « gonna get laid, i'll see u tmrw » text before she headed out the door.
Evelyn checked her phone, and she felt her heart drop in the middle of the store. She had to think of an excuse and fast to stop Maia. Sadly, her stupid useless ADHD and Aspergers filled brain, could only think about watching How To Train Your Dragon while snuggling Maia and the dragon hoard when she got up. She sighed and shot back with. »'Have fun, don't get preggers. No leaving tomorrow night, we're having a movie night.« Evelyn was NOT the jealous type and pretty easy going so why did she feel the need to cling onto Maia so tight? She sighed as she headed to the check out with all the pet supplies, hoping that Maia wouldn't ask if Evelyn was okay or anything. She had made sure she texted with the same usual cheery tone as always. But she also hated being alone. Then again. She could be little all she wanted, and watch as much My Little Pony as she pleased. With that thought happily riding in her mind, she headed off to the store, and then went home. She had found on clearance a really cute fox stuffed animal, and some pacifiers. She hoped Maia wouldn't look in that bag as she set down the other stuff on the kitchen counter, put the pet beds and puppy pads on the couch on top of her guitar, then ran to the locked room. Evelyn had changed the doorknob to a lock, as she unlocked it with the other bag of of stuff in her arm, then shut it, and put her new little space items away. She was so excited she forgot to relock the door. And if she didn't relock the door it had a tendency to reswing open if not shut right.
Maia snorted as she piled into the car. « don't need to worry about getting preggo, I'm seeing my old domme » She paused, glancing over the texts with a weird sort of pang in her chest. Evelyn shook her head and replied. »Fucking better not, or else I'll have to send the dragons after you XP« She smiled and was happy to know Maia was out of the apartment. »Also damn right you're important to me! Don't want my wolfy getting an std or anything! We're dragon baby mama's now! I shouldn't be trusted to take care of em alone and you damn well know that!« Evelyn then changed into a unicorn onsie, put on an adult paci with a clip on it, and then spread out the pet beds between the two bedrooms, and practically covered the kitchen floor with puppy pads. She had even bought a bunch of pet food bowls, and after cooking up 2 packages of ground beef, distributed it evenly between the bowls. She then set those down, cleared off the couch, got her a sippie with apple juice in it, and stretched out on the couch turning on some my little pony, and snuggled Maia's hoodie.
She rolled her eyes. « yeah, yeah, you know i really didn't sign up to be a parent when i brought those dragons home. i'm gonna be a deadbeat mother no matter what happens, they're more your kids than mine. » Once Evelyn read her messages she turned her phone off, preparing herself for a night of kinky fun.
It was late when she got back, covered in bite marks and robe burns and with the biggest smile stretching across her lips. There was a certain tranquility to her was she wandered through the door, a calm she rarely felt outside of scening. Evelyn had passed out, paci in her mouth, apple juice sippie on the floor and empty. She snored away. Now then, Maia had no idea Evelyn was a little. It was something Evelyn always kept secret. Her little space door was wide open and some of the dragons after searching, had decided sleeping in Evelyn's pile of stuffies was a good idea. My Little Pony was still playing in the background and all of the apartment lights were on. Evelyn babbled a bit in her sleep, completely oblivious to everything as she hugged the hoodie tighter, and chewed on her paci a bit. Maia laying on her lap had made her stir in her sleep but she accepted the warmth and settled back into the couch, and didn't stir anymore.
Maia was really only present enough to notice the show playing on the TV, which did strike her as a bit odd but wasn't all that strange. Pleanty of adults liked MLP and anyways she was already pretty much asleep in Evelyn's lap. Of course, when she woke up an hour later, she started to pick up on what was happening. She wasn't a stranger to kink, so she realized what was happening pretty much as soon as she spotted the paci in Evelyn's mouth. It didn't really bother her. Sure, maybe the jokes she made about "Evelyn's secret sex dungeon" hit a little closer to home than she'd anticipated, but it was all good.

A dragon waddled over, chewing on another one of Evelyn's paci's. Which meant that the door of curiosity that Maia constantly asked about was open. And the dragons were probably wrecking havoc in there. (Not wearing the hoodie. Just snuggling it.)
Maia huffed quietly, brushing off everything Evelyn was sleeping as she pried her hoodie out of the sleeping girl's hands. The kicks didn't really deter her and soon she was victoriously tossing her old tack hoodie back into her room. It smelled like Evelyn now, which was gonna drive Maia up the fucking wall, but hey, that was the price she paid for living with someone who had no concept of other people's property. "I'm not fucking around, Evie." She seemed to ralize that her roomate wasn't going to wake up for a while and made up for it by crossing over to the forbidden room, taking in everything inside. "You've got some serious shit to talk to me about when you wake up."
The walls were pink, and the closet had mostly little space outfits in it. There were also collars and ears and leashes that had never been used, which meant she was a pet player as well. Specifically fox and kitten. Along with the foam mat, my little pony, power puff girls, and fnaf posters along with melanie martinez stuff in her room. It was a full blown age regression room. Nothing kinky, she kept all her sex toys in her regular room in a box on a shelf in her closet. Evelyn was woken up by the hoodie being taken from her, and she got up yawning, rubbing her eyes. She stepped a little further inside, taking in the unused equipment with a soft hum. Maybe Evelyn didn't have a caregiver.
Her train of thought was abruptly cut off by Evelyn waking up. Everythign sort of spun out in her brain as she tried to process that 1) she was Evelyn's crush, 2) she was going to be thrust into talking to her about this stuff with no prior planning, and 3) that Evelyn was even fucking cuter than she'd already realized which was really just unfair at this point.
She crossed over to Evelyn's door, giving it a firm knock. "Evie." Her voice was strict but still warm, the voice she normally pulled out when she needed to deal with a little. "Come out here right now, baby girl."
"Nu! If you're gonna move out coz, coz I'm weird we dun need to talk about it just go! Like everyone else does when they find out about me." She hugged her pillow tight, and curled up even tighter. She was trying really hard to calm down. Evelyn did not have a caregiver, and had decorated the whole room her self, very sneakily. She really wasn't supposed to paint the walls but as long as she painted them back to normal when she left then it'd be fine. "Wha's there to talk about?" She asked as she sat up, still hugging her pillow, face buried into it, fading pink hair falling into her face as she looked up at Maia through the gaps in her hair. The room was white walled, and had more band posters on it. She also had a large dresser, with a huge stereo on top of it, and a bajillion cds in cases or out of cases around it. Evelyn's life was music. In one corner sat a few guitar stands and a small Orange amp. Then there was her closet, and her bed on the floor. She also had a large vanity and while she didn't wear makeup often she was really really good at it, due to her brother training her. He was gay, a drag queen, and super into theater. So she was basically taught by makeup by James Charles himself. Her vanity was covered with makeup, since she got a lot of it as gifts. Maia plopped down on the bed beside her, wrapping an arm around Evelyn's shoulders and gently easing the frightened girl in closer until she was resting in her lap and Maia could pet her hair gently. Maia leaned into the touch, letting out a soft breath through her nose. She seemed to slowly be returning to her old self as she got up and chased the dragons out of her little room, and began cleaning it up. "They didn't tear anything up too bad, just made a mess and chewed on stuff. That's good at least." After she was done she just stretched out on the floor, and wondered what to do about Maia. She really wanted a third party to cuddle and talk this out with, which would be her twin brother Evan. But. He was living with someone and had his own life so she had to figure this out on her own. Which ended in her making lotsa whining and grump sounds. "I want to be kiiiiiiissssseeeeeeeeddd by pretttyyyyyyy giiiiiiiirl but love is duuuuuuumb and complicated. Blah blah blah. Bleh."
"Well I'd really like to earn your trust, but I get that that kind of shit takes time. Especially since issues are… big. With both of us." She gave Evelyn a tiny smile, settling on her bed while she watched her roommate chase the dragons out and get stuff cleaned up. "I really do wanna be in a committed relationship with you, and I can promise right here and right now that I'm not gonna push you into any three-way dates or threesomes or anything, just… I want you to know what you're getting into. And also I hate to say I told you so about the dragons but…" she raised her eyebrows, watching the last one toddle out the door looking entirely too pleased with itself. "Y'know, I did say they'd be a handful so…"
"I will back hand you Maia." She said with a glare as she grabbed a torn off stuffie leg, the stuffie, and threw them in her little space room. She then shut the door, and locked it, and went back to her room, where she changed into regular pjs. She then walked out. "Yeah I think we both have a lot before we get serious. But. I'd be okay with you as my mommy and mistress. Just for a bit to see…how our dynamic would work."
"Please, your arms are like little twigs." Maia smirked over at her as she came back, scooting off to the side so Evelyn had space to settle in her bed. "You're definitely right, there's a lot of work to do with… kind of everything, honestly, but I think we can do it." She gave Evelyn a soft little smile and reached up to grab her hand and tug her down onto the bed. "We just need some time to get used to each other first. As for being your mommy, I think we should probably talk about it more tomorrow when we're not half asleep. We definitely have some talking to do."
"Well no shit. And mistress. I'm a sub too." She gasped in surprise. "Hey what happened to the mean Maia who used to growl at me all the time for invading your personal space, and has slugged me because I've hugged you huh?" She said this in teasing tones, arms happily wrapping around Maia. "I'm not complaining though, but Maia cuddles are as rare as a quintuple rainbow. Something only heard of in legends." She giggled and kissed Maia's cheek. "Gnight Wolfy. And yes, I do know that I'm the only one who gets away with calling you that without getting murdered on the spot."
"Well for one thing I'm more used to you." Maia gave Evelyn a small smile, pecking her on the forehead as she tucked her up against her chest. "Before it was just like… who's this weirdo getting her scent all over my shit and making my room smell like a stranger. Now it's like… hey, that Evie!" She bit her lip, shrugging as she tugged Evelyn in a little closer. "And that's not a secret, baby girl. Everyone knows you're the only one who gets away with shit when I'm involved, even if it takes knocking a few heads together to make them figure that out."
Evelyn laughed. "Well duh. Cmon it's me,also I'm still a weirdo so really there's no difference….ya know. I think you'd like my friend Clara, you'll have to meet her sometime." She suddenly leaned up and kissed Maia lightly on the lips. Suddenly there was some small little roar sounds and scratching at her door. Evelyn pointed at her door and a beam of light shot out and opened the door, and in poured the dragons. They all ran in, Razzle wiggling in between the two star crossed lovers. Evelyn sighed and moved Razzle up to her head, and sat her there. "You sleep there. Nothing gets between me and MaiMai." She grinned and sighed, snuggling in. "Now, I'm fucking exhausted, and I'm going to bed."
"There is a difference, now you're all familiar. It's not as bad when you're all over me, it's just… I dunno, it's a girl I like marking her territory on me just like I leave my mark on you." Maia smiled back at Evelyn, leaning into the kiss with a pleased little hum. The magic wasn't surprising but the hoard of dragons coming in to bury them was. "Ugh, they're gonna cock block us so fucking bad, I hope you realize that." She reached out to blindly pat Pazzle. "And yeah, it's… it's fucking sleep time, but can we talk in the morning? Like maybe over breakfast?"
