Out of all the elemental powers, Fire was always the most significant. Fire could heal, could destroy, and could build or bury empires in a day. It could even, in rare cases, grant immortality and raise the dead. However, Fire disappeared overnight after the genocide of the Fire monks. But there were other practitioners of Fire, people who stayed in hiding from the humans who had sought to destroy what the could not understand.
Now, in the modern day, the last of the Fire immortals has taken it upon themself to train a new generation of Fire elementals, to bring back the mighty elementals from their ashes. Unfortunately, the new generation of people even remotely capable are all children, and annoying ones at that, at least to the immortal.
Now, the Fire elemental must learn to teach anew, and must learn to raise three rowdy elemental children in a way that doesn’t traumatize them immediately. Easier said than done, so it seems.
Rules are no smut, romance is okay in terms of cute child crushes and wholesome stuff but nothing beyond that. Violence, gore, and swearing are okay but don’t overdo it, no one liners, passable grammar and spelling, and have fun!
We can decide whether or not to use a template when people join. I will be playing the Immortal.
Also, age range for the child characters is 8-12.
(This looks cute, may I?)
(Hello! Would you like to join?)
(Then of course! Should we use a template?)

(So, is this urban fantasy?)
(Alright, just making sure)
Name: Dusk
Age: 10
Gender: male
Orientation: questioning
Appearance: 4’8 with a slim figure, pale pinkish skin and a mop of thick white hair. White eyelashes and eyebrows. Big eyes that look red in certain lighting, otherwise are just a pale grey. Small button nose, thin pouty lips, and elvish ears. Usually wears a faded red shirt with a pair of dark, loose linen overalls with frayed edges and burn marks, rips, and stains here and there.
Personality: INTP- Flexible thinker that enjoys taking an unconventional approach to many aspects of life. He often seeks out unlikely paths, mixing willingness to experiment with personal creativity. Great analyst and abstract thinker, open-minded, rather blunt. Very private and withdrawn, can be insensitive and absent-minded, hates rules, and very much an over thinker. He has a bit of a temper.
Background: Dusk doesn’t remember much of his past, and the stuff he does is mostly a collage of memories and sensations. He remembers walking the streets of a forsaken city, keeping his twin sister Dawn close to him as they ignored the dirty looks thrown at them. The fuzzy faces of the foster couple who took them in, but gave them away after only two months. The fire that flowed in his blood, threatening to burst from his skin as he and Dawn were separated, for reasons he is still unsure of. Running away on a cool autumn night. Feeling truly alone as he sat in a furniture store, hidden among the beds, couches and chairs. This was the most vivid and recent of his memory. He learned to retreat to the bathrooms, the least flammable area of the store, and tinker with the flames at his fingertips. He went out occasionally, stealing food from the supermarket. (I’m imagining the immortal finds him at the supermarket and shenanigans ensue, and the immortal takes him in, idk) He wants to find Dawn, but isn’t entirely sure how.
Other: because of his albinism, he has photophobia, nystagmus, and nearsightedness.
(Could I jump in as well?)
