"Thank you… I'm Lillian Sturgen, by the way." She muttered sheepishly, rubbing her arm and looking down to her lap. "A werewolf, if the vampies didn't hint at it."
"Thank you… I'm Lillian Sturgen, by the way." She muttered sheepishly, rubbing her arm and looking down to her lap. "A werewolf, if the vampies didn't hint at it."
"Nixa. I'm a witch." She chuckles softly. "I noticed." She hums softly before looking at Lillian. "So what exactly did you do to aggravate them so much?"
"Well, I was hunting and I found a trap I had set a while ago. There was a rabbit in it so, I killed it. How would I know that they were hunting the rabbit? Then, one of their clan got stuck in the snare." She explained with this just done look on her face.
Chuckling softly, she nods. "Understandable. The bloodsuckers are always getting into people's business. It's no wonder I had to put spells around this house to keep them away."
"They're little bags of shit who hide behind their reputation and pearly teeth." She said crudely, forgetting for a moment that she was in the presence of a stranger.
Nixa smiled. "Exactly." She hums as she looks around for what she needed to take care of dinner. "You're probably hungry. Want anything?"
"Erm, yes, please. I didn't get to eat my rabbit…" She muttered sadly, looking like a kicked puppy at the mention of her lost prey.
"Of course. I have steak in here somewhere…" She hums in though. "Mavis! Come here girl!" She sighs and looks around. "Where is that damned cat?"
Lillian's pale blonde hair shot up like she has been shocked by lightning. "Ca- Cat?" She asked in a frightened tone. She hated cats, they were scary.
A tiny cat, small enough to fit in ones hand lept ungracefully onto the counter. She mewled as she nearly fell off, struggling to get back up. She chuckles softly and helps the little thing up. "Yes. But she's rather harmless. She was declawed before I found her, freezing and in the cold. The blood suckers almost got her."
Lillian scuttered backward, standing up then falling down from her wound. "Nope, it's tiny and even scarier."
Mavis tilted her tiny head. She smiled, "Alright. Mavis. Go outside, catch some mice, okay?" The kitten mewled before scampering off.
