Basil ate some of the generic non named food.
"do you know how to do any of these?" he asked, pointing to the runes in the book

He shook his head "just curious."
"Mhm" Basil nodded then put his plate in the sink to wash later.
"how advanced?" he asked again
"Don't know, i lost track."
"hm." he glanced back at the book, finding a fire rune
Basil sat down in a chair.
he tilted his head "are we going to get rid of the bodies or pretend they're not there?"
"They aren't there."
"what do you mean? I know you burned two of them, but the other's were still there……they're not in the food are they?" he asked cautiously looking at the food in front of basil
"ew that would be awful. I meant we pretend they aren't there."
"oh," he sighed "right, of course…." he eyes basil once more before returning to his book

He cleared his head of the thought and found elemental runes
Basil ended up falling asleep in his chair.
He glanced at the prince "typical" and went back to reading the book
Basil woke up awhile later and went outside.
Rashe sighed but decided not to get up, knowing that the prince could manage without him
Basil burned all the bodies to a crisp and watched them blow away.
Smelling fire and dead bodies, rashe got up and walked to the window, watching the fire arounf Basil rise in waves as it consumed the corpses "efficient" he said to himself before returning to his seat.
Basil walked back inside and sat down.
