Basil just stood back and watched it all.

He turned back to Basil "one less body to bury." He smiled clinically at him and started to walk south "one more stop to go"

Basil nodded and followed him to the next location.

"the prince had fallen quiet, you ok?" He turned as he walked

"yeah. Tired" Basil replied. He wasn't used to using this much of his power at once.

Rashe looked around for a place to rest "Tavern?"

"no I'll be fine" he said looking obviously drained.

"no you won't, you're about to fall for God's sake, come on." he walked to the tavern, pulling his hood down farther to hide his eyes "Ginger ale please," he said to the bartender

Basil walked in with him then fell down on the floor. He was completely drained and not used to the great use of power. He went from using it to light small candles to engulfing an entire house in flames.

rashe sighed and scooped up the prince "again? you owe me." He set him on a stool near the wall "another ginger ale please." He turned back to the prince, pulling his hood farther over his face "I told you not to draw attention to yourself and you go and faint." he smiled and shook his head

Basil stayed sleeping there.

He rolled his eyes and let the prince sleep "you slept for twelve hours today, how much more sleep can you want?" he whispered, not wanting to draw attention

Basil opened his eyes and looked over at Rashe

"welcome back," Rashe said sipping on his ginger ale, shoving a cup towards Basil

"I'm not really thirsty."

"I hope you have the power of non-dehydration, you haven't eaten or drank anything in the last three days Basil."he glanced at him through the hood

"Yeah I am aware of that." basil replied with a smirk.

"really? Cus I don't think k you are." Rashe s
Said slowly getting agitated at the young prince

"I don't think you remember i ate earlier. it was bread"

He glared at him "yes but that's it. Nothing to truly full your stomach, and last I remember I don't think you can drink bread and butter."

"Yeah true."

Rashe rolled his eyes and set the cup down "drink so your magic regenerates, well need it later "

Basil took the drink and started drinking it. "I think you mean that you will need it later"

He shook his head "I can do all this by myself, Im just offering you something different to do with your time other than mope around the castle. Plus, you didn't have to light the place on fire, you could have just killed him."
